Free shuttle to airport
We had to fly at 7am the next day so we chose to stay at this hotel on our last night. We arrived late so we did not have time to explore the facilities. However, the room was so nice and comfortable. Their morning call service was also spot on and made sure that we arrived at the airport on time with no cost.

comfortable hotel, reasonable price.
The facilities are good, like the spa, swimming pool, etc. but it is a pity there is no children play room (it got one, but it is not provided free by hotel). Room rate is fair with breakfast provided

Good choice for hotel near to airport
Room is big n spacious. Airport transfer services helps.
only stay 1 night for the next day morning flight. Good service and attitude.

The spa, pool facilties is great. Room is big n spacious. Airport transfer services helps.
All was great except for a few improvement. Airport transfer driver need to be taught basic conversational courtesy. His replies was rude, loud n irrational. Help a caucasian family asked if EVA air was in terminal 1 or 2. His reply was: Hurry up, need to rush plus a load of irrelevant replies that not only sounded very rude but also did not answer the question. I was asking in Mandarin. He could have just said: Sorry I dont know. It will help if driver know which airline is in which terminal.
