Bangorn S. Business travelers Thailand, April 28, 2013	Really bad staff service ! only one good things is location near by the river 3.3 Not recommend to stay this place at all. This report is alive by group tour/seminar, no revisit customers. I have very bad impression with this report. I've called them 3 times, every time is bad. During , I was there most staffs are unfriendly , unprofessional and bad attitude. They really need training !! I need to attend seminar and arrive there in the morning with my 3-month baby & family. Therefore, I called to check if they can allow early checkin. Staff just say no and tell me that no room available. Im trying to tell them that I have booked my room. They dont ask me at all whether I have booked my room or not. When I get there, most staff are so passive and unwelcoming. no one pick up the phone on room service. I have to walk to call them and found that they are was chatting and ignore phone ring. Lot of unimpressive experience here. I definitely not come back again.
