I had a wonderful stay here. It was only a 5 minute tuk tuk ride from the market and is located right on the river. Great views, great staff, decent enough room.

Everything here was great. Welcome desert and drink are delicious. Everything is easily arranged by the host for us. Boat charter for fireflies viewing and shopping at the market was fabulous. The breakfast was in good size. The only complaint was the mosquito in the room. Staff very helpful.

Check in was smooth. Everyone liked the welcome drink and dessert. Boat charter to the floating market in the evening and fire flies viewin at night really worth it. What a great expeience we had with our kids and parents.Fruit platter served at the balcony at night was another bonus. Our kids missed the puppy at the homestay so much! really hope we could stay here for a longer time.We rent the bicycle in the King Rama Park and ride with our kids at the back, painting at the park and then walked back to the homestay. The most natural way to enjoy with family. Love this town and this resort. Will definitely come here ahain

remember that we have late check in,owner still stand outside and help us to carry luggage.And we love there,is feel that come back to home.The breakfast is very nice taste and face to the river.Owner help us to call tuktuk and bring us to took mini bus.we really a good impress to her.

Veryt nice homestay , very clean and very well located at walking distance for floating market and Amphawa night life. Staff is very kind, breakfast great at the river side , Wifi working very well ... I strongly recommend it
Nightlife Tip:
There is no night life as such... Amphawa is rather a beatifull resort where Thai people go for week ends, no many tourists and it is a good place to enjoy thai life .. the only thing is that it is worth visiting only during week ends ..very quiet during week days. Very easy transport to and from Bangkok : taxis, buses, vans , almost every hour

River view from our room is delightful.
Welcome drink with flowers taste and coconut jelly. The upstairs suite us beautiful and very well equipped. Wooden Thai house with great character. We woke up and offering the food to the monks who paddle up in the canoes to collect the food in every morning. We have breakfast on our verandah and watching the river in the morning is really memorable.
Friendly Thai women run the hotel along with a big lovely chiwawas family. The hotel staff was really polite and helpful.
I would come back. Its a great hotel with friendly staff. Value for Money.

Amphawa floating market and King Rama 2 memorial park.

I would come back. its a great hotel with friendly staff. Suggested itinerary for overnight stay. Hire a boat through the hotel to go to Amphawa night market. Have dinner there and shop at the market. Then the boat will take you to see the fireflies on the banks of the river (best time is December/January) and back home. Get up and have breakfast on the verandah and watch the monks paddle up in their canoes to collect their breakfast offerings.
