Environmental sound hotel as not a single light bulb worked. Dear reader. I decided to spend the weekend in this fine town and to my dismay found myself in this hotel. This is a large hotel on the outskirts of town. The car park was full on arrival with a Pickup convention. There was not a single light on in the foyer of the hotel which made it feel like a warehouse after dark. We were not shown up to our room just given directions. The room was last decorated sometime in the 70's and looked as if a corpse had died in the room and left to decompose on the carpet. There large water stains on the walls and the curtains were torn and dirty as well as falling off the decrepit rail. Dear reader....we left and found another hotel.

Cheap, good massage shop down from the hotel, friendly service, decent rooms. Hard to find, best hotel in town but not super clean, English not well spoken This is apparently the best hotel in town. It is for sure not the easiest to find. Staff is friendly but the English level is not the best. I would suggest that your Thai is at a minimum. The massage shop down from the hotel is good and has fair prices (you can even safely ask them to come to your room). The hotel restaurant is good. There are a lot of "Karaoke bars" around that are not famaily friendly.

Were astonished of the very large room comparing the rate, very close to bus station, if needed, anyway we came by our own car and found a large parking space which is overlooked by securities. Could not find anything to my dislike.
