This was our first stay in Ayuthaya so I don't have any other hotels for comparison. This hotel is best designed for large tour groups. It has huge public dining and meeting areas and obviously does a good business with large groups. However, the location across the river from the city center is a little awkward and definitely not pedestrian friendly. If visiting Ayuthaya again I would likely look elsewhere to stay.

The hotel is located at the river, with a small garden and some tables on a ponton. Since the hotel is only one year old, the rooms are in very good condition. Our room on the 7th floor was large and clean, with a nice view on the city. The restaurant is nice to look on, but the service is very bad, they even forgot to bring us plates and napkins. Food quality was good. Breakfast was typical for a hotel in this price range, several Thai dishes, eggs, toast, fruit, nothing special.

The accommodation is a little old but clean.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The longtail tour on the river is a nice way to get a first look of Ayuthaya.
