ทำเลอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมือง ราคาไม่แพง อาหารอร่อย บริการดีพีใช้ ที่จอดรถก็โอเค แต่การเดินทางไปด้วยขนส่งมวลชนลำบากเพราะอยู่ไกลจากป้ายรถเมย์และรถไฟฟ้าเดินทางด้วยรถยนต์ต้องระวังเรื่องวันเวย์และต้องคอยสังเกตุป้ายที่มีขนาดเล็กมากๆ จำนวนห้องมีน้อยและเก่ามากแต่ก็สะอาดสะอ้านดี ไม่มีอินเตอร์เน็ต ไม่มีฟิตเน็ต มีเพียงห้องคาราโอเกะเก่าๆ โดยรวมถ้าจะให้ดาวคงอยู่ที่ไม่เกิน 1 ดาวครึ่งถุง 2 ดาว แต่ถ้าหากเจ้าของยอมลงทุนปรับปรุงใหม่ให้เป็นโรงแรมสไตล์บูติกจะดีมาก อาจอัพเกรดเป็นโรงแรมระดับ 3 ดาวได้เลย
