easy access to the main shopping center.And the taxi is not hard to find. smelly,look very old,lack of maintenance.
The moment i arrived at the hotel,i found that the picture shown on the internet much much difference from the actual appearance. The paint of the hotel building faded away fungus growing on it.Some hotels even older than this are much more tidy.This hotel can be a great place to stay only if the cleanliness of the hotel can be upgrade.And the backyard of the hotel look like a junk site.I can even find an iron wire poke out from the carpet in my room that nearly cut my leg.

easy access from motorway Bathroom dirty at arrival- got a new room quickly though-.
Waiter's poor command of English language- he brought wrong food, it was corrected eventually-. I would call the hotel effective:
1) it's easy to reach- trafic jams are mostly avoided
2) the city is in close reach
3) not expensive: acceptable room quality, and noise from near motorway was hardly appreciable.
4) good food -though they do not always bring what you order (in English)
An advice maybe good to give new customers: Arriving from the motorway we found that the pass-under had been closed. We went on Nonthaburi road and could enter East side after two U-turns. Found out later that another pass-under can be reached with U-turn right when down at exit 9.
