this is a very nice place at the outskirts of bangkok. the room i had was big enough and quiet. staff was friendly and
tried to help. the location was no problem for me, since the taxis and other means of transport are rather inexpensive.
they offer a cheap and reliable laundry service.
Restaurant Tip:
in any case try the restaurant in the hotel. the thaifood is absolutely delicious.

My stay at 14 Living was a pleasant experience.
The hotel conditions were as advertised. There were no surprises. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The suite was roomy with a large refrigerator, microwave oven and coffee brewer. The walk-in shower was wonderful!
The cable television channels included American programming and the wireless internet worked well.

A distance from tourist part of Bangkok. But I was there for business. quiet, nice place to rest, clean. near to highway etc. walking distance get you to no where. But a cab can get you to a few malls. Room is good, no complain, food is nice. Basically a non English speaking surrounding and in the hotel as well.
