Location is quite good. Near to BTS station. Can cook as there is a kitchen.

1) Need clear rules on children of what age has to pay for breakfast. Seems that the restaurant is outsourced so communication is not clear. Marriot Phuket 's rules are that children below 7 can eat for free.
2) Air quality is not good. Feels heavy and not cool enough. Seems that the air-con system needs an overhaul or intensive maintenance.
3) Wifi speed very slow.

Excellent location (just 2 min walk from BTS Nana), friendly and helpful staff, rooms are really big, beds are comfy, it is a perfect 4 star hotel with all features, breakfast is good but I wouldn't say great, the cafe & bar is nice, I stayed in a one bedroom deluxe suite .
On the other hand, Pool is tiny, tiny as in real tiny. I would say that is a big bathtub rather than a pool. Breakfast could be better. Overall, I would suggest this hotel.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and friendly, really nice and large rooms with decent kitchenette and refrigerator. The pool is small but has a great view on the rooftop, great attached restaurant (Monsoon) have to try the kiwi martini...very nice. 100 meter to the MRT which can get you anywhere fast and inexpensively. Can't say enough of how we enjoyed our stay, will definitely stay again for the service and price.

What can I say, I really like this residence-see my previous comments during my stay here. Great location, outstanding staff, clean and very large rooms with very nice kitchenette. Close to everything and the MRT is a short stroll from the residence. The area is full of really decent restaurants and shopping malls, and the residence has the Monsoon restaurant located within the hotel which is very nice. I would live there if possible.
