Far from Sukhumvit and a bit run down

we usually stay at the legacy suites but they were full and directed us here. so i have to say i am comparing the hotel to the legacy suites and it didn't match up. the rooms weren't as large or as bright and clean.. the staff were friendly.

Hotel has a good location being close to trains and close to many bars and good entertainment. The pool is very nice and the staff are quite helpful. I'll be coming back next time I go to Bangkok. I would recommend if you want to sleep.

The pool area was a disappointment. The pool was small and there was very little space for people to hang out. There is no attendant by the pool so the pool is not a place to spend a lot of time or get a beverage and food. The gym was also very small. The hotel is good for a business trip and for those not needing to hang out at the hotel for the day.
The hotel breakfast was basic but good. The staff were very helpful and the location was okay because there is a free hotel tuk tuk available to take you to the nearest BTS station.

Really fantastic facilities for the money. On check-in I was told I was upgraded to the Premium suite (no extra chg). Great! Roomy, clean and everything feels new.
The only con is the location. It's on Soy 23, but to get to it you go on soy 23, then take a quick right on another soy then another left. I tried to find my way back to the hotel late at night and got lost.

I will recommended this hotel to all business traveller who have their own rides. If not then they provide Tuktuk service to BTS and nearby offices and shopping. I was there from a long business trip from Singapore. I liked their self laundry service where you can do your own laundry anytime of the day. This seems very handy if one doesn't want to carry many dirty laundry back home. Very clean, well maintain property. Feel like staying in a large condominium. Front desk staffs very friendly and try their best to help out. Like the Cinnamon Coffee Shop. Serve variety items for breakfast, lunch & Dinner. Overall I will recommend for all.

Liked the rooftop swimming pool, fitness centre and close proximity to BTS Skytrain (Asok)

Staff were exceptionally helpful and spoke good English. BTS Skytrain only a short walk otherwise you can use the free hotel tuk tuk service, but be clear about where you want to be picked up from train etc.
Especially liked the rooftop swimming pool! Room was a good size and had a kitchenette which was handy for preparing snacks etc. It also had hotplates which we didn't end up using, but handy for those who want to cook food. Heaps of wardrobe and drawer space.
Only complaint was the restaurant where we decided to eat dinner one night. My husband ordered a steak which was served virtually uncooked/cold on the inside and even after sending it
back to the kitchen, it still came back not cooked properly.
However, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return when back in Bangkok
