Free internet, breakfast was pretty nice
Old feeling hotel. Weak lighting in room. A little too far from sky train stop.
I wasn't a huge fan of this hotel. I really regretted choosing it as soon as I walked in just because the neighborhood isn't that nice, and the hotel itself feels old and run down. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim. They tried to charge me for the internet even though it was supposed to be included. And we had a late night flight out of BKK, but they would not give us a late check out.

Good Value especially when you get the Free breakfast.
Staff was friendly.
Room was clean and comfortable.
Parrot Cafe next to the hotel & a Food Mart close by
Mattress is hard - Unfortunetly the other hotels in Thailand were similar so this may be a standard. If your used to a pillowtop mattress at home come metally prepared for a firmer mattress.
Stayed a total of 6 nights - 4 at the beginning and 2 at the end of the trip.
Good Value especially when you get the Free breakfast. Staff was friendly. The day doorman was the best and very helpful with directions, ideas, hailing a Meter Taxi and making sure you paid a fair price. Room was clean and comfortable. Parrot Cafe next to the hotel has good food at a resonable price and includes free internet with service for 1 hour. This comes in handy if you need to do some research, check mail or book future hotels within Thailand if you have not already.
Mattress is hard - Unfortunetly the other hotels in Thailand were similar so this may be a standard. If your used to a pillowtop mattress at home come metally prepared for a firmer mattress.
Free Emporium Shuttle that picks you up at the Hotel. Check schedule for Free return Trip.
Food Mart close by for some light shopping (Drinks, Ice Cream, Milk) Admiral Suites is an apartment with its own kitchen (No Stove) that you can stock with food. But why do this when a meal at the Cafe is $3 a person?
Shopping Tip : Free Shuttle to Emporium which is close to the Sky Train if you wanted to travel some where else in the city.

Very conveniently situated
Staff very friendly and helpful
Very clean and well organised
Nothing of any importance.
Good value for money
I found the hotel without too much difficulty, although the taxi driver clearly did not know it. I was greeted in a warm and friendly manner, and the formalities were completed quickly and I was soon in my room. I will have no hesitation in returning there on my next trip.

Friendly efficient staff with a cool location on Soi 22.
Bring your own plug adapters as they are in short supply.
Staff are helpful and eager to please. This was my second visit and greetings and smiles of recognition made one feel quite homely. Food in the cafe came out as requested and in a timely manner by sweet waitresses who hopefully will learn to smile more. Job well done..I'll be back!
Travel tip : To get to the sky-train I would cut through the lobby of the Queens Park Hotel ..saves 5 mins!

Comfortable, the porters are so nice, near useful things (like food, massage, train), the rooms are good, nice look and feel to them.
The a/c was really temperamental and I never got the hang of it. The laundry machine ran on weird cycles upstairs.
We came to this "hotel" not entirely knowing what to expect. They are in fact serviced apartments. So the feeling is like staying in your own little pad all the time.
It had a swimming pool (not huge but no one was there), a good restaurant and cheap massage places all around (normal, not special).
It was a nice place, I enjoyed it and think for sure if I go back to Bangkok, admiral suites will be the first place I'm looking to book again.
Advice: Use the laundry service not the DIY, figure out the a/c, walk through the Imperial Queens hotel to get to the station much faster.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : I thought the night market at Lumpini was great. They have a HUGE food court readily available, just exchange your money for these coupons and then pick one of the like 40 places and get something new all the time.

The location is not close to the station, but it is walkable(15min). Main street(sukhumvit) is close from hotel and easy to go shopping near there.
Air condition does not work well, especially temperature adjustment is poor.
The building/room does not look new (around 10 years), but is maintained well and is clean. Location is not far from station. Mini mart is placed in the same building and very convenient to spend. Breakfast is selectable from 3 menus.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : many massage houses are near here.

Near the towncentre and easy to reach from the airport. Nice and very friendly staff. We had a little problem with warm water, but the staff solved that in less than half an hour after us asking for help. Breakfast is available just next door and the pool on the roof invites you to relax. Recommendable place with amusement places just all over the road. But still silent once you close the window.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just the other side of the road you find an excellent foot mssage salon. With a taxi you can be at Central World or the other shopping malls within 10 minutes

Good location, with kitchen, kindly staffs, delicious breakfast, reasonable price.
too far to the sky train, swimming pool is too small.
The most admirable thing is that there is a small kitchen, then we can cook light repast at night especially for baby who does not have many appropriate food outside. I suggest that if the hotel can provide a guideline of "how to cook Thai food" will be more better, so that we can try to cook them in the kitchen.
Nightlife Tip : The street that the hotel locate has many massaging service, but it is better to compare different shops because the price have big difference.
