i would say the room rates are high compared to other hotels offering similar facilities (infact more facilities that aetas).
Travel tip:
Try Silom area. More quiter and offers reasonably priced hotels.

the hotel contributed to make our recent stay in bkk a very memorable and enjoyable one. room conditions have been superb, services fantastic, food standard fine and staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel location may be a bit far under high temperature and wet weather conditions to walk to and from the main road where a bts train station is, and therefore the management may enhance the existing transportation service between the hotel and the bts station. all in all, this hotel is definitely one that i shall seriously consider returning on our next visit to bkk.

A really excellent stay with 5 star facilities and excellent rooms. The bathroom was particularly wonderful with a very powerful shower and great service throughout. Highly recommended!!!

Great room and architecture. Located very close to Ploenchit BTS station and behind conrad hotel. Situated in a quiet street. Hotel has just been constructed so thats a plus. Great value for money.

stayed 2 nights at the aetas on the 22nd floor with a great view. chose this hotel since it's location, 7 minutes walk distance to the bts stop phloen chit which is 2 stops to siam paragon shopping mall or 2 stops in the other direction to the newest mall terminal 21. there is a 7-11 nearby which was great for buying water and soft drinks.
the room is nice with a contemporary style but it did smell a bit weird, not sure if it was the aircon or the smoking room next door to our non-smoking one.
i would rate this hotel a 4 star, a few little imperfections such as the shower flooding into the bathroom area, the artificial tasting juices and ordinary breakfast as well as the aircon dripping in the hallway preventing me from giving it a 5 star.
the room wifi was decent and easy to use.

The best hotel room I've stayed in
The room was fantastic - elegantly designed, comfortable bed, great 12th floor view. The service was 5 star too.

I was greeted by a slightly nervous but friendly receptionist. The front desk is was less impressive than I had expected. But don't let the simple interior fool you.
My room was great and the service was fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxed and there were always people to help. They made you feel at home.
I'd stay there again, no doubt.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a French restaurant called Lyon next door. The decor is nice, but the food was only okay.
The chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream that was delivered by room service was immaculate.

Lovely hotel parked at a quiet corner

The hotel is nice and clean but the location is stuck at a quiet corner (Soi). If you like serene and quiet environment, away from the busy streets, this is the perfect hotel for you. Not very a biggie as taxi is readily available at the reception.

這酒店沒有應有的服務，下的士時見你多東西不會幫你，酒店房沒水，打電話到服務台無人理你，要我親身下去嘈先幫我換房，叫他們把我買回香港食的東西，放入冰箱，我不停請他們係冰箱，不是雪櫃，他們仲不停的話知道，明我講什麼，但最後到我取走時，都只係放係凍的食物，不是冰的，嘈他們，他們同你講泰文當聽不到你說什麼！車你往BTS的車只有每半小時一班只有4個位，滿就等下半小時，即是等於無車車你去BTS !!
環境尚算可以，但完全沒有應有的服務，如果你完全不需要酒店的服務也可一試.
This hotel is no service hotel ,no body help u ,if they don't know what u said in English ,they we talk to u in Thai !!Tell them the food need to put inside to the freeze they only put in the Refrigerator,than tell u :freeze is look like this only cold not look like the ice.....
If u take many things they will not help u ,if u take the taxi to one place also no boby know the way ,every where they don't know....
