so close to the airport, to a good coffee shop (in the parking area), to a grocery store and to the klong... They have redone the floors... nice! we were desapointed to realize that the breakfast wasn't included in the price.. The staff was nice and seemed to listen to all the littles things we asked for... but in the end, we often had to ask twice! Didn't get the non-smoking room or the twin beds we needed the first night...
We really like to be outside of the tourist area... The klong is just two minutes from the hotel and for 16 bahts, you arrive right downtown, 5 minutes from the skytrain system which can take you everywhere... no traffic! Loved it! We also liked the grocery store in front of the hotel... you can get your water, fruits or anything you wish for early the next morning without having to get outside the room!!
We will go back!
Shopping Tip : the grocery store is in the parking lot... there is a very nice coffee shop there too!

Strategic near the university so it's easy to get anywhere. the way enter to hotel from the main road is rather dark at night. The hotel is not so clean. I can see the dust on the floor but the reception is so friendly. The way to enter the hotel from the main road is around 150 meters and it's dark at night so be careful. The hotel is rather old. It aint' so far from suvarnabhumi airport around 15 mins. But if you don't think too much it's ok to stay here because the price is cheap and it aint' too bad...

Very close to a shopping mall. Soundproofing within the hotel wasn't very good. Overall this is a perfectly adequate hotel, the standard of cleanliness was high, the rooms were slightly on the small side but not too bad and the staff were polite and pretty helpful. The hotel is in an ideal location for those who wish to avoid going into central Bangkok but want to stay somewhere close to restaurants and shops, and the airport.
Travel tip : Be wary of taxis leaving the airport to come to this hotel. From the airport to the hotel we paid close to 600 baht (with meter on) and on the way back to the airport the next day we were charged 150 baht (with meter on). I would recommend the taxi company affiliated with this hotel.

Cheap, Clean, good Location, Swimmingpool loud Chinese Customers sometimes This is a very cheap Hotel but clean. Close by is a very good Shopping Mall and it is easy and cheap to go by Boat to Pratunam or Nana. To go by Boat is not only cheap, it is also very quick, especially during Rush Hour! On the Main Street is also a good Dentist! Across the Main Street, same side like Mc Donalds, down to the right Side. The Swimming Pool is clean and rarely used by Guests!

Staff are friendly, good location, clean, nearby many shopping areas. We can smell some smoke from the non-smoking area, air-con is too loud. The hotel is a good value for your money, it is very near to the new airport. We can get there within half an hour. It is the small and quiet hotel. Even if its not located in the city but there are many department stores and many shopping areas near by. We didn’t try any food because we didn’t buy the breakfast ticket which costs 200 per person. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is only one thing that I didn't like for the superior room, which was the air-con being too loud that didn’t make me have a good sleep.

Fair location with easy access to the city via boat dirty carpet and bedshhet, small shower room, over crowded breakfast area, dark areas in front of the hotel i should have taken up others' advice about this hotel's level of cleanliness. the carpet is very dirty and our bed sheet was not changed. there were other people's hair on the bathroom floor. We could also hear noises from adjacent rooms.

very close to the local shopping mall, movie theater, restaurant. unstable temperature of shower,no buth tub even in the suitroom. Lots of group tour. It is a little bit far away from center of BKK such as Sukhumvit or Silom. However, if you'd like to get acquainted and mix with some local Thai people and spend your holidays on the cheap, these area is so good ! Some of rooms are needed for renovation,I guess. Especially,bathroom..... But as they offer a good enough roomrate for us, it's OK !

Good location, near shopping centre,.. Not so easy for me to tell you what i liked because i just stayed one night at your hotel. I would like to come back to your hotel later and try different things there because i just stayed one night and i didn't explore so much around your hotel. Some things i knew were your hotel laid near the shopping centres, the food around there was good, tasty,...

Walking distance to Freshmart, Mall, McDonalds. Slight smell in the room. We stayed here overnight waiting for a connecting flight the next day. Distance-wise was about 20 minutes away from Suvarnabhumi airport, we took taxi which cost 300 baht (plus 50 baht airport taxi fee) no major traffic, and the taxi on the way back to the airport was only 170 baht! Just beware of scheming taxi drivers! The room was Ok for the price we paid. Literally next door to the Mall/ McDonalds and supermarket so it was very convenient to grab some food to take back to the room. No major complaints regarding this hotel except for a slight odor in the room (like wet teatowels) which went away once the aircon was turned on.

New hotel with a great stuff The hotel is just great, everything is new and working, small rooms but comes with everything you need. It's a compromise between staying somewhere closer to the airport where you are in the middle of nowhere, and going to the middle of Sukumvit traffic. Hotel is just in the half-way between airport and town, 15 min to either direction on the motorway. There is a big shopping center with plenty of caffes and restaurants, perfect choice if you have some time to kill between flights.
For the standard they offer is a great value for money.
PS. I didn't use their restaurant so I can't tell nothing abour the food standard. (but there is no option not to rate it...)

- really cheap hotel but clean, tidy and with all the basic needs\n- run by the accor group and they keep the same standard with the hotel in the town even this hotel is 1/2 cheaper\n- close to airport and only 15-20mins drive if your taxi driver not get lost (around $130bhat) and not even need to pay highway - far away location fm the city, around 30mins drive and cost around 250bhat to city\n - when we were hving breakfast we found that a group of indian family hving the breakfast at the same time, they use their hands to pick the food and smell it, then drop it down, feeling really unhygienic and not considerate of the others, hotel should put a signage reminding people using 'tools' when they want to contact the foods\n- this hotel is good for ppl who wanna rest fast after a nite flight
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : just 5mins walk on the right there are many restaurants
