Low price. The room looks tidy, but there's dust everywhere. It's located in a quiet street, no shopping center nearby. The room size is rather small. Anyway, the bed and the pillows are good.
It's far away from the main district. We suggest stay 1-2 nights is ok.
No customer service and no smile.

I only stopped at this hotel 1 night so the fact that it was a long way from the centre of the city was not a problem.

Closed to central, easy access to main attractions, rooms small but clean. Hot water sometimes doesn't work. This hotel is very close to Suanlum Market only 5 minutes walk, closed to MRT and BTS as well. The room is small but overall is clean.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Walk 5 minutes and you can see Suanlum Night Bazaar.

Place is far from city center, but there is a supermarket and shopping mall nearby, Mall3, which brings you a lot of conveniece.
Travel tip : Fast arrival from the Bangkok airport.

Overall, if you are just stopping for few hours in between flights, its okay to stay here. But, do not pay much and do not expect too many good things.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you bring your toothpaste, soap, shaving cream and razor. Do not expect much from the wireless network, it is just waste of money.

The location is a little far from the centre of the city, but very convenient (there are a lot of delicious restaurants around the hotel).
The price of the hotel is very reasonable.
Staffs are kind, and professional.
