good undercover parking unlike other hotels in Bangkok. shower pressure isn't the best. ask for a room away from the road
(very noisy at night)
staff excellent at all hours of the day and night
Don't go for brekkie too early, you get yesterdays cold left overs heated up!
Brekkie later on though is good.

The BTS Skytrain station are only a five minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast not much choices. The hotel was a good and conveniently located near the Pratunam market. The rooms with a contemporary design, all featuring up to date technology.

1. Location: This hotel is located around Pratunam area. Is an excellent location if you are serious shopaholic as it is very near to the super awesome Platinum Fashion Mall.
2. Service: The hotels staff are all very warm and friendly. Also, very helpful in answering all your queries. Beside, they will hail a taxi for you whenever you need a taxi to go out. I like this the most!!!
3. Cleanliness: The room is very clean. Although this hotel isn't a 5star nor big hotel, but it is cozy and nice enough to provide you a great stay with no doubt.
4. Foods: The breakfast provided here is good. More than what I'm expected!
5. Value: IS DEFINITELY WORTH FOR EVERY PENNY YOU PAY FOR!!!! You are advice to bring the hotel name card whenever you go out as some of the taxi drivers are not aware or familiar with this hotel. So, the best thing is showing them the name with the hotel's address in thai writting as well as there is a map printed behind the name card. You wont get lost!! I have a great stays in this hotels with my sisters. I love their warm and super-friendly and attentive servie attidue. Is a great pleasure staying in this hotel as well as budgeted. Basically the room is really really full equipped with all the basic neccessities you need. Also, they provide many TV channels so you wont get bored whenever you are staying in the room. And, their bathroom is really clean. Excellent!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Dont ever follow the ppl who asking you to go to the Lucky Temple. Is a trap to con you to buy the over-priced sapphire!!! Be aware, dont ever simply get a taxi outside the hotel as they might be charging u alot without using the meter.

Its very clean, good breakfast, nice rooms and central location 20-30min walk from Siam square.
I think the hotel was a great city hotel to stay at if you are in Bangkok for shopping or business. I would stay there again.
Shopping Tip : Central World, Siam Paragon and MBK. Great shopping centers!!

The location is very convenient. It's in the heart of the Bangkok, easy access to the shopping complex there're many key buses inbound and outbound. Breakfast is reasonable and very nice selections.
I like the room as it is very specious and fully equipped and the bed was good.
Location and facility are great. Internet access is the weakpoint, as there are only 3 computers at the lobby,two were broken and the connection is very low. I didn't have my wifi internet access in room. It was indicated in terms and conditions that it was a complimentary service, but I had to pay for it at last. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Bangkok. The room was specious, fully equipped. I think it is very reasonable with the price although the internet was not complimentary.
I would recomend this hotel to my friends.
Shopping Tip : It's just a wink away from Pratunam Shopping Complex. It's very easy to access the centre of BKK. Buses to Airport are a walk away.

Variety of breakfast is less It is a worth of money value staying there and the hotel is suggested to maintain the good points of it and try the best to improve some other areas that will even add more value to customers.Provide the international power adapter as request and the customer will return back when they check out, it can be reuse by others as well.
Shopping Tip : Walking distance to Central World, Platinum Mall, Siam Paragon which are the shopping paradise for tourists.

Very clean and tidy. I like the bathroom very much.
Quite far away from the bts station (Victory Monument). About 15 minutes walking distance. Most of the taxi drivers there are not trustworthy. Some of them can't even read in their language. When i told them All Season Hotel, they sent us to Four Season Hotel. The hotel is very clean and tidy. They furnished us with complete and comfortable bedroom. They have a special glass door bathroom too. You can find a shampoo and body bath gel dispenser inside the bathroom. The air conditioner is well functioning. The staffs there are very nice and friendly. There is no extra charges when we asked to check out late. The food in the cafe also tasty and affordable.
Shopping Tip : Suan Lum Night Bazaar is an attractive place if you like to bargain with the seller. Their business hour started at 8pm. Chatuchak Weekend market is also another shopping point you should not miss. But only on Saturday and Sunday. If you wish to shop at the higher class shopping mall, Siam Center, Siam Paragon and Central World should be your choice.

Modern clean looks like recent refurbishment large beds and comfortable. Clean restaurant area also looks like recent refurbishment Air con not powerful but adequate Good location if you need to be close to the wholesale fashion districts of Pratunam Siam or Bobae and also easy access for airport transfers. Restaurant opens early for breakfast for those who have early flights.(hard to find this service in Bangkok)On busy road but noise was not a problem if you require sleep in. Staff pleasant and accomadating.

After the refurbishment, the hotel look better than before, and the staffs still very nice and helpful, the securities will help you to find a taxi (by meter). The water pressure in washroom is not enough, and sometimes housekeeping missed to replace the accessories (e.g. tissue, shower cap etc.) All Seasons Bangkok Siam Hotel is valued for travel. It is a budget hotel but still can keep as a 4 stars hotel. Moreover, There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and many bus may go to big C or Central World, so I don't think it is inconvenient even the hotel is not near the BTS station. You may ask the staff what bus can go.
Hotel Feature Tip : This hotel call Ibis Siam before, and now change to All Seasons, maybe some taxi driver know Ibis Siam only.

All facility looks exactly like new.Bed, pillow, toilet, everything are very clean.
Staff are pleasant and polite. Buffet item quite less, you don't have much to choose from Walking distance to Skytrain -15 mins

The receptionist is very kindly and friendship. They did a good job. The room is very cleaner. Only the bath room tow is to old. This is the time for replace with a new one.

Smell of the hotel walk way. Discounts for in room dining and people dining at the restaurant. Whenever I come for my business trips, I would stay at Ibis, because of the location. It would be better if they were looking like a 5 star boutique hotel given a 4 star pricing. The smell of the hotel would generate a lot of discomfort to hoteliers when they come back form their whole day shopping. The last thing they want to be in is a room that smelled 'old'. For example the carpet smelled like it's an old carpet.

Reasonable pricing with all the amenities yet right in the centre of Bangkok city. It would very nice if there's wireless internet connection available. The location of this hotel is very convenient, situated right in the busy area of city centre. The staffs were very pleasant, friendly and helpful during our stay. This hotel is clean and pricing is very reasonable with breakfast included! I would definitely stay in this hotel again next time when I am in Bangkok and will not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a nice budget hotel in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip : This is conveniently located near most of the popular shopping centres, like MBK, Siam Centre, Central departmental stores etc.

-Rooms seem new and are clean
-Staff are friendly and helpful
-Close to city centre
-24hr room service -Breakfast food not very nice and had little variety
-hotel should have checked that toilet heater was working before we checked in. and the maintenance guy that came to fix it wore his shoes into the room and toilet and dirtied the floor
-room window and door was very hard to lock (should change/oil the locks)
-hotel should replace the mineral water bottles as often as possible (at least twice a day)
-no train station nearby (at least 15 mins away) I have stayed at hotels in bangkok that were of a similar price range and this hotel definitely won hands down. This is counted as a budget hotel to me so my expectations were rather low. But i must say the hotel exceeded my expectations. The main reason was that the furniture and toilet of the rooms all felt very new and clean. Secondly, the staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. They upgraded the second room so that the two rooms could be next to each other. Thirdly, proximity to the main MBK area was near and there are a few direct buses there. all in all, i enjoyed my stay there and will definitely go back again.
Shopping Tip : since the hotel has a direct bus to MBK area, take the cheap 12 baht bus instead of walking to the train station or clocking up a high taxi fee in the jam

a little far from papong night market It is a new, clean, simple, economic hotel.
I really love it.
The only weakness is a little far away from silom road. you have to take Tuk Tuk after midnight. If u really want to enjoy ur night life, maybe u have to take it into consideration.
