good undercover parking unlike other hotels in Bangkok. shower pressure isn't the best. ask for a room away from the road
(very noisy at night)
staff excellent at all hours of the day and night
Don't go for brekkie too early, you get yesterdays cold left overs heated up!
Brekkie later on though is good.

The BTS Skytrain station are only a five minute walk from the hotel. Breakfast not much choices. The hotel was a good and conveniently located near the Pratunam market. The rooms with a contemporary design, all featuring up to date technology.

Tidy room but little noisy if near busy road NO food at breakfast time! Refill is slow! All is good except the breakfast!

-good location, only 3 stops (by bus) to shopping mall,and 4 stops (by BTS) to Chatuchak,nearby to king power duty free (free tuk-tuk)
-good breakfast
-good reception service (excellent English, provide useful information,
-Good TV condition, receive a lot of channels -the faucet of shower is not quite good, leaking water
-typical budget hotel, most part is clean, but when i came into the room, there is some cigarette ash in the cups.Anyway, according to its price, do not expect the room is luxurious -good location and reasonable price, warm-hearted reception service, will stay there again when i come back to Bankok

spick and span, location, service small room and bathroom, view not great its a small boutique hotel. lacation is very convenient, right on the main road and 5 min drive to platinum mall and pratunam market. 7-11 just next door and a few massage parlours as well.
to top it the gaurd ouside is extremely helpful in hailing the cab to helping you out with your shopping bags as bangkok is extremely cheap, take my word. breakfast is elaborate though vegeterians will have limited choice.all in all good experience.
Shopping Tip : for purses MBK mall is the best, though discovered by my wife

You get exactly what you paid for; quiet, decent breakfast, good service and a nice, but not extraordinary room. WIFI is normally not free, but when we were there we got free Internet codes at the reception every morning. All Seasons Siam Bangkok is a nice medium priced hotel. It is great value for its price as the location is quite good close to Centerworld and Pratunam market. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are small and a bit boring, but spotless. I do recommend this hotel as long as they keep providing free wifi, otherwise that is normally a dealbreaker for me.
Travel tip : There are nice and decent massage places to the left of the hotel, these are much cheaper than in other more touristy places.

Good, clean with basic service. Breadfast is fine with a bit variety! Located at a area a bit away from BTS. By walk to Victory Monument is around 10-15 minutes. A bit of traffic jam near that area In general, quite a good quality hotel with this price. the staff are friendly and the room is clean, but with a small cockcroach that I spotted near my bed... Anyway, i will stay there again in Jun 2010! No hesitation to recommend it to others.
Travel tip : Satisfied in general!

Clean&New. Very good maintenience. Nice service. Inconvenience Transportation. Traffic jam in front of hotel. There's standard of chain hotel. Good mentainance and nice service. Very clean compare with other same price of hotel n Bangkok. But not so good transportation to business center even there's not so far from.
Shopping Tip : You can walk to Duty Free King Power in 5 minute.
And not so far from Shopping Center Area like Central World, aysorn Plaza, Siam Paragon, Siam Square.

Clean, about 10 minutes drive by tuk-tuk from Siam Square, amazing breakfast, wifi internet..etc. This hotel is very well located, just few minutes drive from famous Siam Square where you can find all the huges shops in Bangkok. Rooms are very clean and well designed and absolutely the best of the best in this hotel are breakfast!! ..so many things to eat

Great breakfast, well designet rooms, wifi internet, staff.. Great value for money, because hotel is really nice, clean, well located with great breakfast of many many things to eat, but all for a budget price!! I can highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The room is clean for the value that are paid for.
The nearest BTS seemed to be a bit far, about 20 mins. Cafe area was crampy for breakfast. Waiting for check in/out can be killing you as it is aalways congested in the morning. Overall this is a good budget hotel to stay in, reconmended for mobile travellers who just need a place to stay in after a tiring day out. There is a 7/11 store next to the hotel so it is rather convenient at any hours of time if you need to grab anything. However, it will not be as happening as other budget hotels in Khao San road can offer, due to its location and also except for the 2 massage centre you'll find next to the hotel, there's no other shop or entertainment outlet for your pleasure. in terms of restaurant or eatery places, the nearest you can get is to take the BTS line, about 20 mins from the hotel, whereby you'll find the Victory Night Market. there's this little outdoor restaurant offers great local food & music that worth to try. nothing fancy but great food. for ladies, can do a bit of shopping there as well.
Restaurant Tip : While heading to the BTS line to Victory Monument from the hotel, you can try out the restaurant/small bar at the victory market who serves beer/local food & music. I have tried the fried pork & it was awesome. Enjoyed the ambience there too whereby you'll see most of the local just chill there.

Hotel staffs are very friendly. Nearby to 2 shopping areas. Room is very clean and pleasant to stay in. Not many taxi drivers knows how to get to the hotel. The hotel staffs there are very friendly and helpful. Although i made a last minute decision to have an additional bed in my room just before check-in, they immediately attended to my request and even gave me a free upgrade to my room.
The security guard at the hotel is always very helpful in getting me a meter taxi when most taxi there would tout.

The room rate is so cheap but nice hotel, nice and helpful staff
