the hotel is clean and nice, the staff service is good and room is clean and nice. plus point it is non smoking hotel. but resturant is a bit small and got to wait for seats during breakfast time. the hotel is not too far away from the main shopping district. nearest skytrain is about 20 to 30 miniutes walk.

all the staff make me just stay this hotel when i in bkk.

the location is near siam paragon as u can walk ,post office is near and u can post back ur country after shopping.the staff will help u arrange taxi by meter and make sure u pay correctly when u arrive hotel.the hotel guard will protect ur safety even u just go nearby 7-11 or eating around hotel.they alway concern our safety n friendly command where you should go even u firsttime thailand.
Travel tip:
u can ask the counter give u some command about where you should go n arrange taxi,and anything outside ,u can call back hotel ask for helping translate .

When we first checked in, the receptionist is not quite friendly and kept us waiting. Compared to us, her attitude is quite different to the American next to us and I really feel uncomfortable of this! The room is quite small and even the towels look unclean and have weird smell... It takes around 15 mins to walk to the MRT

Great location Hotel near Victory monument due to I had to go to Rajvithi hospital. security car park, good breakfast with many choices, free wifi and comfortable room.

Restaurant Tip:
North Eastern food at restaurant nearby with Karaoke is cheap and tast also good.
