Good location & improvement of breackfast.

Need more refreshment of the air conditioning and carpet. The smoking smell is all around even in the walking part. Front service mine needs more training and flexibility for local guest.

Since from the beginning of the day that I stay, hotel environmental & the interia are so clean and good organize. But at that time, the breackfast was low. I have a chance to return and stay again after 5 months. The hotel still looks clean but the smoking smell is all around even on the non-smocking floor. The air conditioner should be refreshment and clean. I have some issue with the front office for non-flexible and service.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Just opposit the hotel, you can meet the professional hand of Thai massage with resonable price.

Clean, modern hotel, good value for money. Nice rooms and good hotel atmosphere.

Taxi's kept driving past, not knowing the hotel name, apparently is was known as another name for many years.

Nice clean hotel, enjoyed the stay and good value for money. Would stay there again if in the same area. Good food in the cafe, although the breakfast was a bit too 'Asian' and not so western. The only problem we had was getting taxi's to drive straight there. We must have driven past about 5 times in the 3 days we were there and having to do U turns. Apparently the taxi know it has another name from before 'Royal Orchid'?

Nightlife Tip : Need to get in a taxi and go somewhere else. Not so much within walking distance.

Large, comfortable rooms; quiet; breakfast included; friendly staff

Location not the best for many things; not much within walking distance so must have taxi

Had stayed here before so it says something that I returned. My rooms have been large and comfortable. Having breakfast included is nice as there isn't much within close walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. My a/c didn't seem to work this time and furniture is looking a little worn.

Nice environment Superb view Cleanliness

Too few electrical outlets Small blanket

My second visit to this hotel this time was still memorable. The room I got was on the 14th floor with a magnificent view of the Tollway leading out of the city. The room was clean. The bathroom was bigger than that of the last visit. I think there were more choices on the cable TV this time. Bathroom towels were clean though not as fragrant as the last time. A word of caution is when I placed my order, there was nothing on the web stating that breakfast was not included. It just popped up in the confirmation E-mail AFTER credit card purchase. The last time I stayed here it was plainly written that breakfast was included! Surprisingly, the hotel staff told me to eat in the same place without charging me (yet). There were more choices at breakfast this time, but they forgot to provide syrup for french toasts! There were too few electrical outlets in the room so guests might have difficulty trying to charge their cell phones.

Convenient location, nice room, fragrant towels

Breakfast, bathroom amendities, television

The location is very conveniently located on the highway just on the outskirt of Bangkok. I was misled by Google Map initially, but luckily I called and got the right location. The hotel was fully lit when I arrived in the early evening, but lights were off near midnight, so people could have a difficult time driving there. The Deluxe room was nicely set up and the bath towels smelled nice! I requested a room for two but received only one toothbrush. There were very few choices at breakfast, but I heard from a friend that the unincluded lunch buffet was very good. Cable TV was in the room but there were not many channels to choose and the signal was not so good.

Lovely, humble people that were always willing to help. Very clean and good value for money. Nice to go somewhere not to expensive yet still maintain high standards.

Not being able to access the balcony. Hotel advertised as having them but didn't say you couldn't use them. Cold breakfast could easily be solved with heat lamps etc.

All in all we had a lovely time at All Seasons. We were treated very well and the staff were willing to help in anyway they could. This was a refreshing approach after our experiences in Malaysia. Staff were very accommodating and the hotel was very clean and well organized.

Shopping Tip : Chatuchak market was beyond words. Most amazing weekend market we ever been to. Only 10 min taxi ride for 50 Baht. If taking tuk tuk must bargain and pay no more than taxi.

After the heavenly sauna, after a refreshing swim, after a hard travel day -- you feel so good that you laugh! That's the Gold Orchid, our new base in Bangkok. Its location for airports and buses, is ideal. English speaking staff is friendly, professional and responsive. It's quiet. Good security. The Golden Orchid is a traveler's hotel - not a destination hotel out in the jungle. But we hated to leave.

We don't recognize any weakness. But we wish they would meet us at the airport and bus station.

The Gold Orchid is our new BKK base. We live in Chiang Mai. When we fly into Suvarnabhumi airport we typically endure a 4-5 hour wait for our connecting flight - both coming and going. So we turn that into a time where we pamper ourselves at the Gold Orchid's pool, sauna, good food and next their spa. It's a brief tuk-tuk ride to the famous Chatuchak Sunday Market - Asia's largest such market. Last time, we marveled at the Kingdom's Royal Palace. You must see this. The Gold Orchid staff helped us in every way, even to give us a pretty accurate idea of taxi charges, dinner spots, and other destinations. It's 5-star treatment, without the 5-star attitude.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Gold Orchid is about 90 minutes from the floating market. Get there early in the morning. The two of us chartered a fast boat. For 30 minutes we toured waterways and water-based neighborhoods. We arrived at the floating market. A great photo opportunity and good food too. Then we continued a little further to The Bridge on the River Kawi - the real deal in World War II and movie by the same name. You can still actually ride on the "Death Railroad", for about 35 Baht (around a US Dollar).

It is a clean hotel and it is nearby the city. There are many taxis to service from hotel to shopping place or restaurant in Bkk.

one of the staff is not so nice when we were looking for a SPA centre. also, travelers who want to go to the hotel, better to print the map, even the taxi driver might not know the place.
