I like the quietness of the hotel. House-keeping is up to standard. The foot massage is good. Breakfast is good except there is no omelet.
It is a good 1KM+ walking distance from Sara Daeng BTS station. If you have to carry shopping bags, it could be quite a challenge.
I would recommend this hotel to those who are on business. For tourists, it may not be attractive compared to other hotels in shopping districts which is closer to BTS station. The staff are helpful and the room is clean. The WIFI works for my blackberry phone. For transport, it is easy to get taxi. For food, there is an upmarket Thai restaurant nearby. 7-Eleven is opposite the main road. Walking to SaraDaeng station via the SaraDaeng lane is OK as there are shelter along the lane. SaraDaeng road is also dotted with some fine dining places.
Hotel Feature Tip : WIFI is FREE but not the Internet Kiosk, so bring along a phone or notebook that works with WIFI.

Good transportation-near MRT
Good service mind
Quite good 3 stars hotel in Sathorn/Silom area.
The room is very clean. The staffs are very friendly. the food is just okay. Only one disappointment is no laundry service. I'm quite amazed!!
Overall...I will recommended this hotel.

This small 3 sat hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Bangkok city/Sathorn, minutes walk to Lumphini MRT station and the famous Bangkok Night Baazar. Nice . clean modern decorated rooms. Friendly staff and very helpful.
The shower enclosure in the bathroom is not effective, water spalses out to the common area and at times makes it very slippery!
The corridoors leading to rooms have no air-condition!
Overall, a well presentable 3 star hotel. It's convenient location for shopping, night life and transportation has earned its reputation. Reasonably priced with clean, modern decorated rooms. Downside is that the corridoors leading to rooms are nto air-conditioned, so everytime you come out from your air-conditioned room, you feel the heat and your glasses fogged-up! Floor tiles leading to the rooms on every floor look a bit tired and outdated, need some modernisation.
Nightlife Tip : Very close to the famous Silom/Surawonge Road night spots. Only a very short taxi ride from hotel or one stop on the MRT.

service was great. clean. great food. great price. close to the embassy and bts. free internet wi-fi service
taxi drivers don't yet know where this hotel is. slight sewage smell at times in the room.
We will stay at this hotel every time we need to do any business at the embassy. Over-all I was very impressed with this hotel, the service was great, the place was clean, the food was super, and the distace to the embassy and bts was close. It was great to have free working wi-fi too. The only cons I can think of were taxi drivers did not know where the all seasons hotel was. You really need to have a card from the front desk with you at all times or know how to explain where you need to go. Be clear on directions before you fly to BKK and try to take a taxi.
Travel tip : make sure you get a directions card from the front desk before you head out, even if you speak the best Thai. It is not an issue of language, but of drivers knowing this hotel. This will change over the years I think.

Good location. Ten minutes walk to Lumpini station and Suan Lum night Bazaar.
Nice room, natural sunlight.
No aircon at the corridor.
Taxi driver might not know the hotel, just tell them "South Sathorn Road" and the hotel is between Bayan Tree and Malaysia's Embassy.
Great location, turn left from the hotel you can walk to Lumpini Station (and Suan Lum Night Bazaar), and turn right, walk up the bridge after Shell petrol station, you will reach Sala Daeng in 15 minutes.
The lobby and lounge is impressive. But the great feeling will disappear when you step out from the lift. There was no aircon at the corridor and if you are to open the door more than two minutes, you will have mosquito in the room.
Overall, it was a nice hotel to stay with the price we paid.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Do not get cheated by any tuk-tuk operator outside Grand Palace. We wasted two hours of our precious time because the operator told us there were ceremony on that day and Palace will open at 1pm, they offer us 20THB for a trip to temple nearby and a jewelry shop.
Don't take the "dried corns" the aunty opposite the entrance to Grand Palace. She told us free of charge at first, but charged us 300THB for a few packs of dried corns.
Taxi fare from hotel to Nana or MBK is less than 100THB (we paid about 60THB for metered taxi during off-peak time, 10pm).

A well positioned, centrally located 3 star hotel close to MRT, friendly and very helpful staff.
Free Wi-Fi, Modern, clean colourful room.
Hallways leading to rooms not very attractive and with no air-condition, tiles look very tired, could do with some up-lift.
I was staying in the hotel while the red-shirt protestors prostested throughout the city of Bangkok. The hotel was very concern of its guests' safety. The hotel regularly updates guest of the current situation and road closures by printing memos and stuck under each guest's room. A very personal touch by all the frinedly staff. I definately will be staying there again. Highly recommended and value for money.
Nightlife Tip : Walking distance to Bangkok Night Bazaar, just a very short taxi ride to the famous Silom (nightlife) spot and the famous Patpong night market.

good location, large rooms
a little dirty because it's old, and the hallways feel like youve stepped outdoors
very cheap with good rates and breakfast is pretty good. free internet as well is a plus (though it was on/off at times). bathroom was clean although the tile is old and the grout is dark from normal wear and tear. staff is nice, doorman is extremely pleasant and helpful
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : sala daeng is about a 10-15min walk from this area. its also a short cab drive down to the pier/bts ferries. also a 20 walk to the happenin' night market and across the street from the lumpini thai boxing stadium.

I like design of the room. It looks colorful and lively.
I think that there are not much menu in breakfast provided.
This hotel is quite small. But it emphasizes on modern design. The room is also design in contrast color, which makes lively and look nice. The location is on Sathorn Road which is convenience in travelling to many places nearby, such as Lumpini Park, Suanlum Night Bazaar, MBK, Siam Center, Paragon, Central World, etc. This hotel is quite private, it is suitable for whom that like private place.
Shopping Tip : The hotel is near Suanlum Night Bazaar.

The water heater was not hot enough.

location, comfort, nice breakfast, very helpfull staff
little cool hotel, more for business people
It's a very clean and not to big hotel.
But i missed a little ambiance.
So perfect for business people, but really not for business people on holiday like me, who like something else than the hotels we are use to during our traveling for the job.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : right a few blocks next to this hotel you can visit the roof top Vertigo bar of the Banyan Tree hotel.
Go inside and ask for the Moon bar.
Little pricey but great cocktails with a unique view on the city. There is also a restaurant but think the prices are quit high...

Limited choice of breakfast
The breakfast is inclusive in the room rate, however the breakfast do not have much choices, food which has finished not being replaced, so make sure u wake up earlier to grasp the food. This hotel provide more valuable stay than its sister hotel Ibis Sathorn, which u pay the same rate for smaller room.

free internet in room, rooms are clean and new. good range of options at breakfast. close to Lumpini, Sathorn and Silom.
Recently renovated, the rooms are clean with minimalist and colourful design. Staff are helpful and friendly, I stay here regularly because I know what to expect. Good location, though be prepared to walk one block to the Silom and the Skytrain.
