The room is relatively new, with modern interior. The bed is good, clean and firm. Location is great if you have business in Silom or Sathorn area. The staff is polite friendly and speak good English.

Relatively far from the sky train and subway. It could get noisy sometimes in the middle of the night since the hotel is located next to the main road. Shower isn't strong enough. Some light switch doesn't work as expected. Breakfast lack of variety.

My first stay in any hotel in Bangkok. This is a small independent hotel which is managed by All Season group. The interior is nice and modern. However the building itself is rather dated and probably been there since 1950. Location wise, it's good for those who have business in Silom or Sathorn area. It's right next to the Australian embassy. All in all it was a good stay for me. The staff are helpful and polite, the room is clean and relatively new.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There is a local bus which goes to subway station. It's the red color bus which will runs from the small street next to the gas station (Soi Suanplu). Cost only 5 bahts and takes about 5 - 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) to get to the subway statation (Silom station)

room is clean and neat. sala daeng BTS station is just within 10 mins walk, less far than i expect.

nothing i can think of at this moment.

so many nice massage shops around sala daeng BTS station, which makes everyday of our stay in bangkok a complete one... since we went to enjoy massage before getting back to hotel after shopping for the whole day! i will consider all seasons sathorn when i visit bangkok again. one thing is the taxi driver doesnt really know the location. better prepared a thai address of the hotel or simply tell the driver you need to go to banyan tree hotel (all season shathorn is just 2 mins walk from there), else they will bring you to FOUR SEASONS!

Travel tip : massage places: body tune and chang. both are superb!

nice hotel, location is perfect. front desk speaking english and good attitude

the air condition is a little bit too loud

i enjoy the trip a lot. the location is perfect and the service is good, considering the price. the utility is mediocre. room is clean, but the air condition is a little bit loud. hard to sleep sometimes.

Shopping Tip : make sure they understand the price. they could say okay to your bargain but bring back the change without discount.

Wireless Internet Access

The bar could be a bit more professional!

I have been to this hotel quite a number of times and I have been very satisfied every time. The staff is professional and very friendly. The hotel itself is in the middle of Bangkok and every place can be reached within minutes with a taxi. I do recommend this hotel. Regards B. Koch

Shopping Tip : Take a Taxi to Sukomvit for a walk and shopping

I thought the service was excellent. The front desk, taxi attendants, and maids were really great. I also thought the facilities were fairly nice including a decent breakfast buffet which was included in the price of my hotel room. The location was very good too, which was in the heart of the business district. Furthermore, the free wi-fi access was excellent.

The picture from the website was a lot prettier than the actual hotel. Some parts of the hotel looked kind of dirty. My room could use a thorough cleaning. The floor was stained, the bathroom had molds on the grout, and the bedding had dirt stains. This hotel could be a lot better if they paid attention to these little details

As I have mentioned above, I thought the overall impression of this hotel was great. The best part of the hotel was the staff. They were all very kind and helpful. The hotel is a lot better looking on the website than in reality. My room particular was personally disappointing. The room had modern amenities but it was not clean. Bathroom had molds on the grout, the bedding had dirty stains, and the tiled room floor had dirty stains as well. Also, I thought the laundry service was expensive, along with local telephone call fees. I made 3 to 4 calls was charged 190baht. On the positive note, as I have mentioned the staff was wonderful so please tip them well. I paid $41 per night for two people including breakfast and for the price, I was very happy.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : There are many open markets near by for food and shopping. I recommend eating street food. It is excellent and very cheap. In my opinion there is no need to eat at a fancy restaurant for Thai food. Also, if you are into the nightlife, Patpong region is walking distance from the the hotel. It is about 20 minutes away. One last advice, always pre-negotiate the price for tuck-tuck and motorcycle taxi services, and carry a hotel business card with you.

very close to almost all Embassies

rather loud

We choosed this Hotel for its location and price. We needed to go to our Embassy for paper work. We could walk from the Hotel. To go to the shopping area you have to take a taxi because the Hotel is not near any train station. Taxi will cost you approx. 150 Bath to go downtown but it is depending on what time of the day up to an hour and half to go there.

Modern & elegant design. Clean & spacious room & toilet.

It's actually further away from Lumphini BTS station than shown in Agoda map. Hot shower is less responsive.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in All Seasons Hotel (the 1st one being in Bali). Overall a pleasant stay of 1 night with most aspects well meet expectation. Has a modern & elegant design. Room & toilet are clean & spacious. Breakfast is served abundance & taste above average. The downside is that it's actually further away from Lumphini BTS station than shown in Agoda map. Also, we found that the hot shower is less responsive (for both rooms we stayed in).

Staffs are friendly, clean, spacious, free internet in room, included breakfast.

Need to improve the variety of breakfast.

Hotel located at business district & within emabassy row, therefore no much to visit around unless you go to salendang & siam centre. Walk distance to MRT about 15mins. If you prefer to take taxi to Salendang/ Siam Centre/ MBK / Centra World Plaza, fare is around THB$60. Take note most of the taxi driver don't know where is the hotel located, best if you could tell the driver is near Banyan Tree Hotel.

Travel tip : Next to Malaysia Embassy. For nearby shopping, advice to take taxi which afterall the cost of MRT for both is same.

Location and value for money.

No pool.

We arrived from a 30 hour journey from Canada and it was a nice place to recover. The room is comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Location is fantastic near shopping on Silom Road and also near Lumphini Park and Suan Lum Night Bazaar. Great food in the middle of Suan Lum Night Bazaar. Cute side street nearby to do laundry (about a 7 minute walk). Would come back to stay again.

Location near Metro and Skytrain. Also near Lumphini Park and Suan-Lum Night Bazaar and Silom Road. Great staff, comfortable rooms.

Bathroom is basic but clean.

The hotel is on a nice road with embassies nearby. Great location in walking distance to the Metro and Skytrain. Silom Road about a 10 minute walk to shops. Suan-Lum Night Bazaar and Lumphini Park about 10 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet has lots of options. Room was comfortable and they were able to supply us with a crib for our baby free of charge.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Lumphini Park is very interesting to wander around, especially on a Sunday late afternoon when there is public aerobic classes to participate in.

Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom.

Awful corridor approaching the rooms. Supplied only one pair of slippers in a room for 2 guests. Nothing to sit on in the rooms with balconys. Very expensive to use their internet.

Our room was generally clean, but the floor was very dirty with hairs and dust and the bed sits on a woven mat which looked and felt as if it had never been cleaned. On a positive note, the location is great, the staff are lovely and the breakfast was reasonable.

Travel tip : Walking distance to Lumphini Park, BTS, MRT, Suan Lum night bazaar, shopping at Silom......

Their staffs are always ready to help. So far,the room is clean and comfortable!

Somehow, I think hotel should have renovation on the appearence. The room is good, but the appearence outside is look like YMCA rather than hotel.

Close to food and shopping, rooms have AC

Internet was not free

The hotel was in a great location. It was only a short walk before you get to a busy street full of food choices and the shopping mall or plaza. However, in that area, a lot of people like to hassle you to get massages, which I didn't like very much. The rooms were very spacious and cozy. The hotel staff was super friendly and spoke english.
