From sevice staff to food and beverage offer, amantha is the best so far for the price range. Location is great with Ratchada shopping next door. If there is a complaint, the traffic during busy morning periods and after business hours can take a while to get through. Otherwise the hotel is perfect for me. a touch of class here.

My stay at Amanta was very pleasant. I have stayed at the property several times now and my expectations of good service,quiet surroundings, proximity to the subway, well equipped gym and shopping facilities are more than adequately met. Free WIFI performed well, an improvement from my last visit. The property needs a little sprucing up as some of the finishes in the rooms are beginning to look a little tired. The staff are very helpful and freindly with rapid responses to requests. All in all, no complaints.
Shopping Tip:
The Esplanade shopping centre is 5 minuts walk. Everything you need can be found here.

Home-like Amenities but Uncomfortable

If you don't mind trying to sleep on a rock hard foam, mattress and occasional dogs barking (all night) and light blazing in the window at dawn doesn't bother you, the Amanta Ratchada is the place to be.
There is a kitchen (that has never been used) because who cooks in Thailand? And a washer that takes several hours, a spacious bathroom. DVD player, HBO and Cinemax, free WIFI.
So other than that, try your luck!
The breakfast consists of eggs to order, fresh fruit, salad, some asian dishes, Fanta-style orange drink, and at the moment, it is served around the empty abyss.

There's a kitchen and a washing machine in the room.
There's 2 LCD television which has many channels.
Esplanade shopping centre is just 5 minutes walk away.

the location of this service apts is great! there is a shopping centre, esplanade right beside it (5 mins walk), and there is also a train station nearby. from here, you can go anywhere you want in bangkok city. the staff are also very friendly and helpful. there's a pool inside the compound, and buffet breakfast is served every morning by the pool.

Beautiful & Clean Hotel with great friendly staffs
For the price of B2000++, U probably get one of the biggest and best layout room in Rachatda area. Basically it has everything, from kitchen to dining to living to a huge bedroom with nice and beautiful a bathroom. Its as good as U can get away from home. Room are one of the cleanest and most well kept and seen. Located just 2min off Esplanade, shopping is convenient and traveling from place to place is aided by a MRT station which is only 2mins walk away.

I will definitely go back to Amanta again, in fact this coming week I will go back there again after my short trip to Rayong and Pattaya. I just cannot think of a better stay in Ratchada at this moment other than Amanta.
Great rooms, great facilities, friendly staffs, superb location.

I had a good experience at Amanta , starting with check in , which was friendly and efficient. Pleasantly surprised with the spacious 1 bed suite. All mod cons and generally a chilled atmosphere . Room quiet as set back from the main road. The Amanta is a place you could live comfortably in for a lot longer than the 4 nights I stayed. I could have happily stayed here a lot longer!

Second time visitor - not the last!

It's the second time I have stayed at Amanta, and will certainly not be the last. It's got a great location next to public transport, also next to the Esplanade mall. The room is great - large and quiet - with all facilities including a washing machine. They are excellent apartments in very good condition. Lovely pool, and although the breakfast buffet is not extensive, it really is fine. I'll definitely stay there again next time.
Shopping Tip:
The Esplanade mall is 5 minutes walk away and has the Tops supermarket for all your needs, plus great food court too.
