The beach is very beautiful

It's a good hotel I have been stay. The stuff there are very frieddly. Every stuff like to speak chinese to us. It's let us feel that Thai people are friendly. The ocean and beach there are very beautiful. We would like to visit there again. I think maybe we will be there soon. Ha ha!

Lovely rooms but bad location for sight seeing

Check-in was easy. Living area, bedroom and bathroom were a good size and nicely decorated. TV reception was poor on several channels. In the bathroom the plug and showerhead on the bath didn't work. Pool area was nice but didn't get any sun in the afternoon so not good for sun-bathing. Breakfast buffet was average. Hotel was located very close to a subway stop and several shopping centres but not close to areas of interest for sight seeing. However, the subway and sky train are pretty easy to use to get around. Staff were helpful in organizing taxis.

Had a great stay two nights at Amanta Ratchada Hotel & Residence. The location was great for me - near the MRT Thailand Cultural Center station, Esplanade. Easy to go to/from airport on expressway or airport-link. The serviced apartments have are well maintained and perfect for someone looking for a hotel that's more like a serviced apartment.

Great location with easy transportation

My husband and I always stay in this hotel as it is very convenient for our business. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. My husband loves swimming in the reasonable size pool and gym while I love to relax watching big screen TV in the room. One of the main reasons we choose this hotel is the set up of the bedroom and the living room which can be separated with the closed door. Most of other service apartments have bedroom and living room together so for the busy couple like us, it is not comfortable. Sometimes, I need to work while my husband needs to sleep so Amanta suits us for this need. Only one thing I think the hotel needs to improve is the maintenance of the furniture in the room as one or two occasions, I have seen some damage furniture in the room.
I will continue my booking with this hotel.

When we stay in this hotel we feels very good, nice room and toilet. But when check out very bad personal in front. She work with angry face and we not get deposit money back must wait around 2-3 weeks. Becouse they took money from my visa card it's debit card not credit card.

it is very good stay since the room are marvelous. the hotel are very near to mrt station (in front of the hotel). and beside the hotel there are one big mall too. so it is very nice and recommended.
the one that i think need to improve is the wifi system, which every time i would like to use i have to re - login again.

There are many big mall here, such as the new Central Park in Phra Ram 9 (in front of Mercure Hotel)

It was our third stay there and will go again on the way out of Thailand! The spot is great for us and the MRT in 5 minutes walking distance! And no toll pay from savanaburmi airport... The breakfast was updated since our last stay and was good! But, always the same stuff so, they should vary ther menu more often.

Great location and a lovely oasis atmosphere.
The swimming pool and gym are very nice, and rooms are spacious.
Finally, location is convenient. Esplanade shopping mall for eats and movies.
Mrt subway is right I front. Fortune town is only about a 10 minute walk.
Highly recommended.
Only complaint is staff is not always responsive as this is a relatively no-frills apartment.

Overall stay was great! The hotel room was huge enough to fit 3. AC was cold. washer-dryer is available. this is very useful for backpack travellers. Breakfast was ok, not much variety. wasn't able to try the gym, it looks good though. The reception lady was kind enough to follow up the tour reservation for us, turned out that the operator missed to pick us up. Overall stay was good. will defintely be back. I recommend this hotel.
