I enjoyed my stay, and would stay again. We needed to stay additional days and the hotel accomidated us. We did request an adjacent room and did not receive it. I am unsure of that is the hotel's fault or our booking.

Inconvenient hotel, no smile from the staff at all

An inconvenient hotel which needs 15 mins walk to MRT and 30 mins walk to BTS. The staff are not friendly at all, we wait for over 30mins for the check in and they just simply ignore us. Small pool but acceptable. I will not choose this hotel again.

This is a great place to stay in Bangkok. This is my third time stay in this hotel. Ambience is very good. Food is awesome. Staffs are great. Service is very nice.

you have the best team in the amari atriam bangkok. everybody helped me immediately when i need any assistance. the superior room i stayed is quite small for 3 ppl, but it made us feel closer and warmer.

excellent hotel and great value for money. basically this hotel is cheap because it has contracts with all major airlines ( emirates etc ) so you see a lot of airline staff staying there. the food is amazing and the amanities are just like a 5 star hotel. it took me 20 minutes and just bath from the airport to this hotel. its 25 minutes from sukhumvit
Restaurant Tip:
there are two indian restraunts under the hotel, zaika and india gate. there is also a 7-eleven just under the hotel for your daily needs.

This is one of my most satisfied stays in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked the most basic room so didnt expect much but they gave me a high floor corner room which has views on 2 sides. The view was spectacular, especially at night. The room was spacious, well decorated and very clean. Same goes for the toilet, clean and neat. I was surprised with all these because I only paid small bucks for 1 night. I've stayed in other similar price hotel and they were definitely not as good. The hotel is at sukhumvit, not near to popular shopping areas like siam and pratunam but they have shuttle bus services to these areas. For clubbers, RCA is within walking distance. Overall, very satisfied with my stay!
Travel tip:
Taxi: go by meter, always seems cheaper
