Good Hotel
Nice corner Room with a good view

The Hotel is in a good location , very convenient for holding Business meetings. The room was pleasant , comfortable and with good furniture with a nice view of the River. in summary the hotel has a good feeling and is in a very good location. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Great Value
Good room size, great service and food

Easy access from the airport, only 30 - 40 minutes. Staff friendly and efficient. Asked for a non smoking room and got it. Room size was good. Very clean. Ate in all restaurants food and service was good a fair priced. Only gripes, the lifts can be are slow to come and the room safe is too small to put a mid sized laptop.

I've asked for non-smoking room in my booking but was given smoking room. I asked for a change but was told there is none ready yet. Called reception and said they are cleaning the room. Called a few times and they kept saying they will call me back but none of them did. I waited for 45 mins and decided to go down and was straight away given a non-smoking room. Bad service. Location is not near the subway, too far from city centre. Room is just basic and not impressive. Too many Indians or Middle East tourists in the hotel.

exactly what i expected--poor location---checked in early---would use again but then i live in thailand.
Travel tip:
busy international package hotel --no problems-- food and drink too expensive

Large hotel with smiling personal service
Friendly efficient staff, great pool area, decent city views

had a great stay, grand foyer area, nice rooms with good views over the city, decent breakfast buffet and great pool and sunbathing area with smart juice bar alongside. but the best thing is the smiling, welcoming friendly staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. recommended.

Friendly and attentive hotel staff

checked in to the hotel and got a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe room - with my required request of high floor/non-smoking room. fruit platter was delivered to the room within 15 minutes of checking in.
location is within 15 mins walk to rca - but it's not too close to the popular shopping areas in bangkok.
however, wi-fi internet connection within the hotel room has to be purchased by the hour. free internet is only available in the common areas such as the main lobby.
Nightlife Tip:
walk 10 - 15 mins to RCA.

I would definitely recommend the Amari Atrium and would stay again when back in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip:
Skip the Thai massage next to motel for 400 THB /hr as the one across the road is only 250 THB /HR.
Also don't let taxis or tuk tuk drivers suggest a restaurant to take you to. I was taken to a sea food restaurant that over charged greatly. Pictures of meals with 300 THB next to them was actually charged at 300 THB /100gms. I ordered 2 plates of food and rice, drinking water and no alcohol. The bill came to over 3700 THB ! It's all very sneaky.

Can not fault the staff and services offered at this hotel. Free upgrade was given on arrival with flowers, fruit and cake put in the room. The free upgrade obviously made our stay more memorable and would use again.

I attended a school function that evening, which was a huge success due to the outstanding buffet menu, and decided to stay the night. The hotel concierge offered to look after the coats and ties for our school staff who wanted to go out afterwards and this was just the start of the excellent service and care you can expect to receive from staff at this hotel. The concierge Khun Paitoon is welcoming and accommodates reasonable requests, the gym is run by Khun Urai, who with her staff are helpful and concerned about your physical condition and requirements and Mr. Manuel ensures that your stay is enjoyable and relaxed. The breakfast buffet is extensive and the waiting staff always friendly and attentive. From my personall experience I would recommend this hotel very highly!

Relax and enjoy the gym, pool, spa, steam and sauna rooms.
