The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional ideas to create a simple yet elegant feel. The Cascade restaurant where we had breakfast is beautiful and the food presentation is top notch! The service was most certainly 5-star service where every staff members greet you warmly. The fitness facilities were small but adequate and well equipped. The change rooms have dry and steam saunas and there is also a whirlpool outside. Our first night was spent in a room which had problems with the air conditioning system. Upon reporting the problem to the main desk in the morning, we were immediately upgraded to a new room. Overall, we were very pleased with our entire experience at this hotel.

- Hotel provides a free shuttle service at different times of the day to various places of interest.

- Location of the hotel is not the best, where very little can be found in the nearby area - no wireless Internet in rooms, available on some floors but one has to pay for it (though I must say that wireless Internet is available and free in the main lobby).

Its a nice hotel located in the heart of Bangkok-but a bit expensive though compared to similare quality hotels in near by areas. If you like to enjoy Bangkok night life and shopping you should go for it. Not so suitable for business trevellers who need to catch a fligh during day time to come from the airport because you have deal with Bangkok traffic.

Its in the heart of Bangkok and near nice shopping malls.

Traffic is really bad in the areas.

We very much enjoyed our short stay at the Amari Atrium, the hotel was tidy, clean and very comfortable after a long journey on the plane. The hotel pool was good, with the bonus of a poolside bar! The hotel was also an affordable taxi ride distance to the grand palace, Khoa san Rd & the shopping district as well as great restaurants. The staff were very helpful and recommended a nice restaurant to eat at... Buffet breakfast was good too!

Great Value for Money. Clean & Tidy Hotel. Friendly Staff. Nice pool & Poolside Bar

I think the hotel is good choice while your stay in Bankkok. It is situated though rather far away from the historical center of the city, but all the hotels do. So that can not be really considered as a minus. The hotel offers good level of services. And I really liked how they treat you - like you are the dearest guest for them ever :) So I think that is a good choice for any traveller: business or pleasure.

Very good reception and friendly staff. Also very good cuisine - all tastes can be satisfied. many fruits for the breakfast. Pool works till late hours

Very small pool - very!!

The hotel is very nice and excellent and we were given connecting rooms. The master bedroom was a corner room which has the advantage of having a specious bathroom with corner bathtub and a cubical shower. The swimming pool was quite small and this discouraged me from using it. The breakfast was excellent and provided a verity of options. The hotel offered also an hourly one way free bus shuttle to various locations which was good and made it convenient.

Nice hotel with excellent service

Slightly Far from the shopping area and you need to take a taxi to get there.

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We enjoyed the sea life at Siam Ocean World.

I enjoyed my stay at the Atrium, and will repeat my stay if I need a hotel in that area again. The staff is great, the steaks great and rooms are good. Nothing special but very clean and the staff will bring you most anything you need.

Staff, choice of steaks from different countries, staff in the second floor bar and restaurant.

TV weak, entertainment lacking.

Staying in a large city can be frightening for the average solo female traveler; Amari is extemely safe and provides tours as well.

  • Restaurant Tip : There is no need to go anywhere to find great food. The breakfast buffet is enormous, the Pub has all the local favorites and then some; the Italian restaurant is to die for, stay at the Amari for the best food and service in town!!
