Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Lovely hotel, great location!
very friendly and helpful staff!
9.7
We were upgraded for free and the views are spectacular. The best place to stay in bangkok.
Restaurant Tip:
walk round the back of the hotel to the yellow table place for a great choice of food.

Great location, peaceful amongst the busy city!
8.7
great hotel in the middle of Sukhumvit where it's all happening. Easy to get about on public transport, safe, good food and an ideal place to just sit and watch the world go by. The hotel has a pool, which is unusual for this area, and when poolside you are in your own world miles away from the smoke and city sounds. Perfect choice for families, couples and singles.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
get the rail link from nana station to get about very easily.

Great location but small rooms
breakfast was well spread and was very good
8.3
i travelled with my wife and stayed here for 3 nights. the hotel is very conveniently located near Nana station so access to any location in Bangkok was very easy. the breakfast was superb though we were strict vegetarian we could eat very well there. few indian veg. restaurants are close to the hotel so for strict veggy ppl very gd. room was though small compare to the prices but was compensated by good and prompt service by the hotel staff.

Lovely clean & spacious room with great view

we arrived with exceptionally heavy bags which the hotel staff kindly took for us and delivered to our room, the staff were exceptionally helpful, the concierge giving us a list of places to go the next day - our last day in thailand. they looked after our luggage all day at no extra charge as well while we went off and did the tourist thing.

Functional central bangkok hotel service not great
good location close to transport
5.7
Nice enough hotel room basic and looking a bit jaded though. We were in the older back section of the hotel, pool nice but no sun after 3pm and smaller than photos suggest, staff probably the least welcoming of any of the 5 hotels we stayed in in thailand, internet wifi free in lobby but extortionate to use in room, mini bar and restaurants ridiculously priced - luckily theres a 24 hour supermarket across the road and plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't use any extras - cheaper and better elsewhere locally!

Nice hotel, rooms are a little dated

Stayed here one night to do some visa work, the hotel was clean and had a decent business center that was cheap to use. Staff were very nice and the breakfast was really good. They allowed a little late check out which was nice due to my plane was leaving later in the afternoon.
Overall I was happy with this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff
Really good location, particularly since 24 hr Foodland shop and cafe reopened. Staff extra friendly. Good breakfast buffet selection.
8.7
Probably the best location in Bangkok for a hotel.Having the 24hr Foodland opposite reopen is a big plus.Families with children tend to leave a lot of rubbish in the corridors and staff seem to have to frequently clean the carpeted floor and collect the used food containers left by guests outside their door.Selection for breakfast buffet particularly good.
Overall well worth considering.

Very convenient location
Nice hotel centrally located
7.3
I have stayed at this hotel before and find it to be a good standard of accomadation in a very cental location. The rooms are good, however the pool and surrounds does need a makeover. A lot more could be done with the outdoor restaurant which is shabby as is the rest of the pool area. The staff are very nice and efficient. I will stay here again.
Restaurant Tip:
Some great little restaurants and wine bars in the area

Amari Boulevard is a decent hotel, a bit overpriced for the quality of the rooms but the location is quite good. Amari is right at the border of Arab town so easy access to all moroccan restaurants and the Shisha's if you like that.
