An Hotel that is far under rated
Clean, friendly staff & within walking distance to all shops, night market and sky train
10
after booking the amari boulevard i was advised to read previous reviews on the web site, after doing so i was a little concerned as to what to expect as some of the reviews were very negative,
but on arrival i was meet by staff who were not only very polite & friendly but also professional, to my plesure my accomadation was upgraded to deluxe room which was spotlesly clean, along with a very nice resturant, a well eqiupt gym & a nice swimming pool, i stay in bangkok on a monthly basis and will definitely be staying there again, the acommadation and staff are a credit to the arari chain.

amari boulevard, is a nice hotel, but not as good as the one in pataya, i expected more , its good personal and service, rooms are nice too but has not the experience of a five star hotel anymore, but if you get a good deal with agoda its ok

Great location
Close to skytrain, good rooms and great buffet breakfast
8.3
if you want to stay in the touristy heart of bangkok then this hotel is for you. the skytrain is a five minute walk from the hotel and this connects you to all the places of interest in bangkok. near the hotel there are a variety of bars for all types of people. plenty of quality food outlets nearby as well.the hotel offers a high three star performance-will definitely return!

Unfortuneatly I had already extended my booking at his hotel. Several of the staff were just plain rude, no customer is always right attitude here.

Hotel nice, staff terrible
3.7
I requested a non smoking room and although the room had a non smoking sign on it, it stunk of ciggarrets, either the previous person smoked or it was coming through the vents. I had a run in with the night mangager when coming home late who was very rude, when I complained in the morning, I was also confronted by anoter staff member whoonle wanted to defend her colleague instead of listening to my complaint.
