not what one would expect from this Hotel

room small for superior room, i do not think it was a superior room!!, many things broke, took 3 calls and 2 hours to get room safe fixed, closet door fell of, hot water only avaiable in am, bed was 2 twins pushed together, very uncomfortable. will consider other hotels next time

Do not take for granted that PIC. in adds are what you are getting, very misleading.

Lobby design is very modern, inside room is very clean and beatuiful, staffs are very nice and talking good english, location is not bad, so over all, this hotel is very high professional.

Convenient location, got everything.

Checkin was efficient and friendly, rooms very clean will all amenities. A very good breakfast. Baggage security after checkout was efficient and well organised. This hotel is conveniently located near Nana sky train station. The air-conditioning in the room was extremely cold. I ended up turning it off.
Travel tip:
This hotel is well woth considering for any stay in Bangkok.

excellent trip for relaxation and the location is extreamly good for best resturent with islamic service plus lots of messaging shops.

Contemporary hotel with extremely helpful staff
it is located 50 metres from sukhumvit road and only 2 mins. walk to the bts skytrain (nana)

we got a great deal through agoda, and on arrival were upgraded to an even better room. we only experienced 2 problems - no remote for the tv and the air con. was faulty - the room too cold - anyway we reported this to the houskeeping staff who made sure that these problems were resolved. we will definately stay again
Hotel Feature Tip:
Mini Bar very expensive, walk out the front of the hotel turn right and 35 metres up the street on the left is 7/Eleven where you can stock-up on beer and snacks for 20% of the cost of the drinks and snacks in the Mini Bar

i have booked through agoda, which i have booked through many times in the past. i like the hotel mainly due to the follow: cleaning and tidy rooms , perfect breakfast and room services are brilliant. the hotel is nearby every thing i was looking for, restaurants , night clubs, bars, food land, and shopping outlets. i stayed with my father and mom who liked the hotel as well and advised me to stay in the same place in our next visit and differently i will stay here next time.and recommended it for my friends.
