Disappointing and would not return.

Rooms not ready and had to wait. Restaurant like a staff canteen. Not even the bars served diet coke and only the cheap Thai cola. Long way to get to rooms. Carpet in rook old and smelly. Bathroom clean but horrible. Terrible tv channels with nothing for Western viewers. Only good thing is the location

terrible horrible hotel, the worst i ever stayed

the hotel was supposed to be 4 stars rated here in agoda but it is anything such. staff is extremely unfriendly, does not smile. the rooms are so old that all the power points are old and only a single type, unlike modern 4 stars hotels which has rooms that provides a single international power plug.
toilet paper is not provided and when they say smoking room, you'd need to bring your own ash tray as well.
