Really like the place it's the third time I have stayed there and I will definatley stay there again, the people are freindley and professional the rooms are a nice size and are kept clean , and I beleive that it is in a good location and above all else it's verry reasonable the price the only thing the could improve would be the tvs in the standard rooms but definatly recomend it

Grand entrance,musty rooms.

newly renovated entrance,grandeouis,large,but rooms are small, smell badly musty.we aired it out..had to buy lysel to air it out.day to change to tower wing.we were not the only one to complain,terrible breakfast buffet,mostly indian food,

I had a nice time staying there, the rooms are renovated newly and all the places is improving. The location is veru good coz many resturants and nightclubs all around.Very neat to many shopping places makes this place for a nice stay for any kind of traveller.
Hotel Feature Tip:
swimming pool on the 3rd floor is a nice place to relax even whole day after long night life!

The hotel is well spread out, with a seemingly committed base of guests from the Indian sub-continent. The toilets and cutleries in the rooms, however, are ill-maintained. Also, the rooms do not have adequate plug-points for bare essentials like recharging of cellphones, plug-in for water heater etc..
At the time of check-in, I was informed at the Recption that this was a guest-friendly hotel
Also, the hotel demands a refundable deposit of THB 1000 at the time of check-in, over and above room rent, to cover for contingencies like lost keys, damaged properties in room etc.. This is an unexpected and unwelcome irritant.

we stayed 3 nights, and those went smoothly. we also was able to check-in at 1:30pm though check-in time is 2:00pm. hotel is located at good location, just 1 minute to bts station. accommodation was also good, though the old fashion tv looked really weird in these days. the worst was the shower. we didn't know how to make the hot water comes out properly. it was just too hot or too cold. beside that, at the low rate, this hotel is actually good.
