Generally nice hotel but free internet only at lobby if you stay in tower wing.
Breakfast was not worth the $$ you can get much better food outside with the additional price you pay on top of room price.

Disappointing, tired room, hard bed.

Very disappointed. The room and common parts were badly in need of refurbishment . The bed was hard and the decor was dreary. The bathroom towels were very worn.I found a pair of boxer shorts in the bathroom. The next day I asked for an upgrade and was put in the Tower room for an extra charge per night. That room was much better, but still not as good as equivalent rooms in nearby hotels for the same price. I would have moved out after the first night if I had not already paid for three nights non-refundable! There is nothing going for the standard rooms in this hotel. There are lots of better in the Sukhumvit area. Try any other hotel!

Good hotel close to restaurants and shopping

Check-in was 10 minutes, check-out was 20 minutes. The check-in and out desk is undermanned - only 2 people on duty. Twin beds were nice and wide.
The hotel itself is in need of maintenance. There was no hot water at 7am. The wash basin was blocked. Even the lift had problems. The room's curtains failed to block out the light. Rooms on Soi 11 side of the building suffer from screeching birds from the hotel's aviary. The whole ambience of the hotel was one of lazy staff, but this hasn't changed for years. Having said all that, it's good value for money and easily accessible by car. I wouldn't pay any more than Baht 1500 for an overnight stay without breakfast. Breakfast can be had close-by for half the hotel price. Peter Clothiers in the hotel highly recommended and better than others close-by.

A quality hotel
Easy access to Bumrungrad Hospital, good Indian restaurants in the area, very good staff

This was my fourth stay here because of its easy access to Bumrungrad Hospital. I like the hotel, the friendly staff, and the local environment. I nice place to stay to explore this area of Sukumvit.

Just what i needed
Good and deep outdoor swimming pool, great location, spacious

Very good. Close to transport links and hotel was fairly well equipped although possibly in need of updating. No wifi in the room but available for free in the lobby.
