Stay at Ambassador Hotel Bangkok in March 2016
The room in Tower Wing was very Good, Location & Buffet Breakfast
My stay at Ambassador Hotel was very Good, The room in Tower wing was good. The Buffet Breakfast is good. The staff was courteous. The location is very good with lot of restaurants around.

Good location average room
Shower was terrible and dirty, water was at ankles during quick shower. Took 45min for concierge to bring up bags. Pool closes way to early. Late check out was a bonus

Overall satisfied.
Location near Nana MTR, Surrounded with bars & clubs, Big Room
Overall satisfied with the accommodation. We requested connecting rooms and hotel staff managed to accede to our request. The only minus point is the toilet bowl not clean properly. Stains was found.

Good Location
Staff seemed to be making noise in the hallway constantly and knocking on the door early to clean room. The birds in cages near the aviary look bored and neglected with one missing it's tail and feathers.

During Breakfast time, the kitchen seem alike dormitory hostel style or refugees centre kitchen soup. Yes, the peak season but They need to be prepare and suitable food intake station flow of people. Such a chaos.

Good and bad
Location, staff, beds
I had stayed in the Tower wing before and I had no problems there. In the Main tower, where I stayed, I felt it was in need renovation, the rooms smelled of smoke even though it was "none smoking" and the over all feeling was no "fresh". However, great beds, good swimmingpools and good service, but why is there so few staff that can help with check in and check out? The waiting can be very long... If you can get a better room that I had the last time I still can recommend this great located very big hotel for the money it costs.
