i was pleased with the hotel. nice, friendly staff, comfortable and great location. the gym and pool are of good quality and well maintained. i would stay here again if i have business in this area. i would recommend it to anyone if they are looking for a decent room in bangkok.

I would like to recommend to the hotel to update the bathroom because it is so small and the tile is not safe.

SMALL, BUT WELL APPOINTED ROOMS.

Check in ok, room servicing staff pleasant and helpfull, check out staff rude, unhelpfull and dishonset.
Travel tip:
Beware of the room deposit'scam' I paid the deposit on 2 rooms, but as I checked out later than my family, they would only pay cack the Bt deposit on the room I actually used despite me having the 2 receipts. When I queried it, supervisor walked away and would not discuss the matter.A very rude lady.

We were eight friend and have stayed in standard room of the main wing of this hotel ! This is a huge hotel having two wings and 400 + rooms ! All rooms are good having all necessary ameneties ! The food is also perfect and is enjoyable by tourists of all ages ! The staff at reception is also very helpful and co-opearative also ! They are always ready to help out ! They will arrange day tours for you to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable ! Worth staying in this hotel for all types of tourists !

Great location for those who are looking for a bit of everything in Thailand. Close to convenience stores, shops and food.
Rooms are O.K. Not spectacular as they are showing wear and tear, but it was quite comfortable and a pass for a 4 star hotel.
Would go back for sure.

Rooms in tower are better than the standard wing. Many restaurnats, massage parlors and clubs in the area.
