Good location
Location, Room,price
Got a good deal through agoda so the room was cheaper than normal. Great room for the price. Ideally located for the bars and shops around Nana Plaza. Only stopped there one night so didn't see much of the hotel regarding facilities. Would stop there again

Take time too long for waiting

Check in time is 14:00 pm but I have to wait until 16:00 pm then I received a key I go to the room but it doesn't clean completely... Change room... Waste my time Sorry I can't speak English

Location Location Location
This is a large hotel with a variety of room choices. It is centrally located near to bars restaurants ashopping and entertainment. Also good acess to skytrain. Recommended.

4 night stay, early January
Location, value for money. Don't have a 3rd best thing.
I have stayed at Ambassador Tower Wing many times over the past 10+ years. I still appreciate the hotel location and the value for money, but I must say that the quality of staff service has declined steadily, and for this stay was really poor. I checked in at 1245 hrs. Check-In time is 1400 hrs, but hotel was not full. I was told my room was not ready because the people in room had not checked out yet. I was asked to return in an hour. I returned after 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was given my two card keys and asked to wait 5 minutes before going to room. I waited 15 minutes. When we arrived at room the housemaid was just beginning to clean the room. We had to wait another 20 minutes. The next day, after going out separately we both discovered out key cards had only been programmed for one night of our 4 night stay. It was necessary to go to reception to have the cards properly programmed. For me, it was check-out time. Long lines and no customer relations person. It took 20 minutes to get my card re-programmed and it was the cashier that did it. Upon checkout (1430 hrs) I joined a line of 3. The first had an argument of charges and (after 10 mins) left with the hotel staff to see someone else. The person in front of me was called buy the cashier. The only person left was one person handling check-ins. She had a long line in front of her. No staff to check me out. It took 20 minutes before I was served, and then it took 1 minute. The hotel needs to hire more staff to cover known peak check-in and check-out times.
