as one of my friend recommend me booking thro ur site but I had a bad experience. I didnt use any stuff but they charged me 550watts for water which i didnt use bcoz I bought my own stuff n even I left my stuff in room ,as I try to explained the staff but lady was so rude n she didnt listen,thts alright ,I wouldnt prefer to stay in this hotel on my return to bangkok,Thanks for ur service.

great location with short walking distance to nana bts station (around 200 meters). surrounding with the night life area and shopping area. friendly front desk staffs, i experience that the staffs let my spouse to check in the hotel with my name but the voucher was with me as my flight was delay for 2 hours.
the hotel have a big room but old decoration. we have stay at towel wing, currently there is new hotel under construction beside the tower wing. not recommended for those who worry about the noise cause the construction started on 0830hrs. a lot of indian guests as what i have read from others review. not recommended for those who wish to having long stay.

I have stayed here many times over the last 4 years. I've tried other hotels, but tend to fall back to The Ambassador. Friendly and helpfull staff with a lot facilities. Gym is not used much, so you have plenty room here. Try it. I'll be back. This was my second stay this year.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use the pool, but is should open at 0700 instead of 0800.

It is located closed to BTS station with working distance of less than 10 minutes. Hotel environment is comfortable. The hotel room provided is big and clean.

The hotel is located very near the bts station and just a stone throw away from the bustling night market. The shopping centre Terminal 21 is walking distance away.
