the sty in ambassador hotel was wonderful.the service staff was very prompt with their check in and check out processes.they greeted us the moment we entered the hotel and the thai counter staff welcomed us with a smile.
we were given our rooms without much of an hassle and when we went up to our room,we were pleasantly surprised to find that the toilet and the overall room condition was good.the bath tubs were clean and nice.as were requested for a non-smoking room,however,i could smell a hint of smoke smell.but it was still a very nice stay. this is my second time staying in this hotel and i will recommend people to stay in this hotel.

Got upgraded to a room in the new tower since they overbooked, so I was pleased of course. Nice location, good rooms, good service and no complaints. I've stayed in Bangkok four times now, and the Ambassador will be my choice in the future due to it's location and amenities.
Nightlife Tip:
Centrally located to all the nightlife and shopping.

priveledge tower wing is aload of garbage, should be sold as unpiveleged,sold as the same product as wotif ,no inclusions,same price ,not happy with the way room is sold ,will look elsewhere in future on other sites as i book alot of rooms via agoda ,but let down here and not a happy customer,will not stay again,not a person speaks or understands english in this hotel,if you don't speak thai,don't stay.

We always stay at Ambassador because it is near to the skytrain and the Sukhumit road.
It is clean rooms and very nice stab who works there.
Shopping Tip:
Go by skytrain to National stadion and you can start shopping in MBK! If you dont want to go there you can always take a few steps from the hotel around the corner to Sukhumit road and find presents and clothes on the street. Its always market on the road from lunchtime until midnight.

I have stayed in the Ambassador for the last 20 Years?Bout it is on the downside very very Fast? Sorry this Hotel is not Recomanded for a good stay/apart from the close proximity from Skytrain and some shopping?
Travel tip:
Do not Recommand Ambassador to Europeans?
Only for Bangladeshi/Indians/Arabs /or all the Smelly sort

Grate location for work. Rooms not quality.

It was a short stay for my business. But there were no wifi for the area I was in. Only the lobby had wifi.
Break first buffet was ok. But not value for money.
Other than that hotel is ok to stay and do your shopping
Restaurant Tip:
There are few good pubs and bars around the hotel. Food outlets are good. You can have Indian , thia,Chines, Australian,
