it is a great location and the hotel is well staffed. the rooms are only so-so, but i have stayed there 8 or 10 times now. always seem to go back due to the location, it's quiet and the overall hotel is nice. the rooms need upgrading, but they are still ok and the price is good. it is a place where you would not be embarrased to pull up to with friends. nice hotel.

Nice hotel with good facility

Overall my stay in ambassador is a enjoyable one. The hotel is equip with well facility like the gym, swimming pool, shopping archade, few cafe in the hotel and best of all a garden with many species is allocated at the 3 floor of the hotel for fine admiring of the relaxing atmostphere.
The only bad point is some of the staff is not very polite as they are unwilling to help or with some languages barrier or due to some peak season.

location is good with a good breakfast choices and selections. However, the hotel is relatively old and the staff members, particularly the front desk officers did not show any courtesy

The hotel staff is not trained proper. Always delays in check. Normal check in time is 14:00 but this hotel provides rooms around 16:00. The staff requires lot of training to handle customers queries. I had seen many people fighting at reception desk. Please improve service as the hotel is at good location, interiors are good and price is competitive. All the best for future.
