Big Hotel with budget prices

Great location near all the nightlife on Sukhumvit 11, close to BTS Nana and also for those who are Indian or Muslim there are a lot of Indian/Halal restaurant around. Those who are looking for karaoke places, there are one just down the road across bed supper club. There's various 7-eleven in the area for your late night cravings. The rooms are pretty standard, I got better service this time from the staff, however the staff performance varies a fair bit. Just a tip try to get a room facing the pool instead of the street as its a bit more quiet.

The hotel has a lot of great places to eat just outside it's doors, swimming pool is a great size to do laps.
Rooms are ok nothing special, maybe need to upgrade their pay TV, as there is only 3 channels you can watch and they replay show over and over again.
Make sure you are alert when you check out, I never got my deposit back and was charged on my credit card for the room bill, which my deposit would of covered it.
Restaurant Tip:
Try the places along the street some great food and cheap, can eat dinner for about 150baht

location of this hotel is great and strategic however the staff performance needs to be improved. i stayed at this hotel a couple of times but the bell boy service and front desk is less then previous times i've stayed there. it seems like they are not too friendly or helpful but overall the hotel has a huge capacity and it has a conference hall for those who plan to have a wedding in the city or a business seminar. i did not try the food so i cant comment on that but the rooms are pretty standard for short stays and its close to nana bts

The hotel has a good location close to Nana skytrain station, so easy to get around. But I would not recomend this hotel particulary. It is OK, but you find much nicer around this area. It is old, and not a good service.

Nice 5 star hotel
Nice decors at the lobby, room was pleasant but not up to our expectation for a 5 star hotel.

the hotel was located around the sukhumvit area where some shopping can be done in the afternoon and also for the night crowd at night. hotel was nicely situated slightly away from the human traffic. it was a pleasant stay, knowing how bangkok are notoriously known for.

The location is the best part about this hotel. It is very close to Nana BTS station. The hotel itself is very average but cheap. Expect lots of noise and many sleezy looking characters around the place but overall I would stay again due to its location.

i thought the staff were not as friendly as other hotels and if check in time was 2 pm they made no effort to accommodate you until it was exactly 2 pm

The room was good value, easy to access the skytrain and subway so you can get to the big malls and the open air markets. There is a grocery store right next door.
The hotel did not have a room for me when I arrived (even though I arrived late) and finally gave me a free upgrade for one night. The downside of this is that I was required to move the next day but once again my room was not ready as promised.
When I asked the concierge staff to arrange a taxi to take me to the airport but when I arrived at the airport the driver asked for 1300 baht for a taxi ride which is usually 500 baht. When I complained, he quickly lowered his price to 700 baht (he said it was a hotel car, which is not what I asked for, still a ripoff but better than 1300 baht. I emailed the hotel but have not had the courtesy of a reply. Would I stay there again...yes but would be a bit more guarded when dealing with the staff.
