Good location but rooms need updating
Central location close to shopping and sky train. Plenty of car park space.

the room we stayed in was ready for updating. the tv did not work properly and the decor is tired. the shower was very good! the location was the reason i booked this hotel but it is expensive compared to other hotels in equally good locations. breakfast was reasonable but we had to wait quite a while when certain things ran out before it was replaced.

Room condition is good though not excellent. Service is OK. The best point may be its location which is just on the main road and near to many shopping centers as well as very close to the sky train station. VEry easy to find foods and goods since there are many shops around the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
Near to many shopping centers such as The Emporium, Terminal 21, etc. You can also take the sky train to many other shopping areas such as Central World, Siam Paragon, MBK center and many others. Very convenient for those who like shopping.

Had trouble getting a king size bed near my sons single occupancy room but this was sorted on the 2nd day.The Taxi car tour booking was a little bit suspect as if you haggle the price drops amd they say English speaking driver then substitute with a non-english speaking driver who gets lost.

We had a great time at the Ambassador Hotel. The Superior Tower wing has nice size rooms, also ample room for a 3rd bed. Staff very nice and polite. We stayed just after New Year and the hotel was full and the only downside was that there was a towel shortage. When rooms were cleaned, clean towels were not put into rooms until late afternoon. Staff very apologetic about this. The swimming pool large and plenty of sunbeds. The pool was very cold to swim in.
Excellent location, near to the sky train at Nana. Lots of shops and places to eat. We had a great time.
