Fabulous hotel
Lovely setting by the river

Very welcoming staff. The layout of the hotel was set round terraced gardens and the pool. We were on the 7th floor which had some of thenbest views. There was plenty of choice of bars and restaurants and there was Thai dancing every night at 6.30pm for about 5 mins. or so which was a nice touvh. The bedrooms were clean and very comfortable although the air conditioning was slightly noisy.

Everything was really nice. Staff were brilliant, every thing was comfortable. The pool was good and they gave us free ice lollies and cold face towels. Tv broke but they changed it immediately. Very pleased!

Hotel is excelent. 7 restaurants and 3 bars. Excelent breakfast good swiming pool and hotel always do some activities in any part of hotel. Due to hotel close to river I think humidity brought bad smell to pillows. I have informed the maid and it solved immediately. No more issues at all. The is perfect.
Hotel Feature Tip:
hotel has a thai diner on a boat over chao phraya river. it is very good opportunity to see bangkok at night with temples, bridges and market and good thai food. if you prefer you can go to asiatique (shoping and good options of restaurants). there is a boat every 30 min. from hotel to asiatique.

staff, room, pool, dinner, breakfast, lounge service... everything i have satisfied and will definitely stay there again!
staff are friendly, kind and they ofcourse spaek english and 日本人のスタッフの方もいて、とても感じがよかったです！ room was beautiful and they put really cute elephants made by towel! we chose benihana restaurant, chef made us smile many times and my boy friend and i really enjoyed the japaneses. breakfast was amazing, you should (must) wake up before they close :) it's worth it! you should also choose for lounge cocktail service in the early evening. they have variety of cocktails and pretty snacks, too! if i were with my girls, we would stay there like 5-6 hours. (you know what i mean!) it really worth to pay for some little extra for that. i liked the boat service they have from the pier, it's beautiful at night.

My husband and I had a fantastic weekend break at this hotel. The pool is very big and there is plenty of space around to sit in the shade or in the sun. We especially enjoyed cocktails in 'Trader Vic's' and the buffet breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

It doesn't value to pay for that high rate for an old hotel.
this time i try a new hotel, another under the same group even it is in higher rate. But it is so dispointed.
The room is very old, with smell. The staffs are not very friendly. The location is not convenience and hard to be found.
I don't expect paying higher for such a bad service and room in return.
This is not recommend to keep into your list.

5 star hotel with 5 star services. Room is very clean and nice. Big enough for 4 person but it's only 2 of us. Facilities are great enough but wifi it's free for 30 minutes everyday if you want to use longer they will charge you per session not according to your usage. They provide free shuttle boat to the new shopping area Asiatique River Front, which is very nice environment. Overall are very good and ill come back next time.

I am happy to stay one night in this hotel. It 's near the BTS station because of the boat. So that I can go out easily. I like the breakfast which provide a lot of choices for me .

Please take the boat on the night time so you can enjoy the beautiful night view .
