Travel tip:
Hotel in about an hour from airport on other side of Bangkok. If you are not amarriott awards member the Internet will cost you.

Still one of the best hotel in Bangkok
Lovely environment and the pools is great. Staffs are wonderful and helpful.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel and still feel it is one of the best in Bangkok. You are not far away to the city but you can enjoy yourself like in Punket. The room is nice and big where they have also upgrade the TV to LCD as from 3 yrs ago.
Will definitely stay again next time.

Phenominal Hotel, Service, and Grounds

the staff showed incredible detail to our special requests, and ensured that everything was perfect for our stay.
in our 5 week trip, this was the best accommodation we stayed in - the service is great, the grounds and facilities are very nice, and the pool is fantastic. the gym was well equiped and large enough, and the complimentary ferry across the river was excellent, arriving at the base of an mrt station, and a train station.
highly reccommend this hotel.

Great hotel right on the water
On the water and has many services (food, massage, bar) on the hotel grounds

only stayed one night but was very impressed with the attentive staff, walked me to my room and gave a layout of the hotel and amenities as we walked. gave me guick food and to do options on the spot.
Travel tip:
Stay here, you won't regret it

The side of the resort we were staying on was quite noisy with construction(?) next door and pigeons on the balcony

The hotel environment was so nice with lots of tree and flower, especially around the swimming pool. Stuff is polite and helpful with smile hanging around their face all the time. Worth the money, must try once in your life

THe room was fine, but could be bigger

we both my wife and i enjoyed our stay, one small item when leaving the fron desk charged me for internet uses in the room which i had verified when i checked in that it would be at no extra charges, a little frstrating to say the least. other than that it was a good experiences for our entire stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you hire a taxie by negotiating the charges for say one day before you go on a tour you will find it's not that expensive and you can visit various places without rushing.

Nice resort style hotel in Bangkok city

we stayed for 2 nights at the junior suite, and therefore got an access to the suite lounge. the pre-dinner cocktail at the lounge was fantastic, but the junior suite was not very up to standard, rather old furniture and not very well-positioned (even though the hotel itself was nice and situated beside chao phraya river, we couldn't see the pool/ hotel compound nor the river view from the room). the jacuzzi and spa was also not functioning, which was abit upsetting as that was the reason we booked this resort-style hotel in bangkok. otherwise, the shuttle boat to the saphan taksin station was very convenient. the station gives you all the access of transport needed whether its bts skytrain or travelling via boat taxi.

I found the hotel a bit old and pricey.
The check in lady insisted i give her my agoda booking but I said I couldnt print it cos I had no printer and showed her on the ipad and still wanted me to email it to her so if you want a quick check in kindly have a printed version handy.
I liked dining by the jetty and you have a shuttle ferry to the train station across the river which I found kinda unique.
Shopping Tip:
there is a small mall just across the lobby and plenty dining if you dont want to eat at the hotel
