Very nice and clean facilities. Walking distance to center of shopping district and rail station (BTS). The hotel is right in center of main shopping district and walking distance to BTS rail station to other visitor's attractions.It is right across the road to the biggest shopping complex in Asia i.e the Central World. The staffs are friendly and helpful. With the current rate I would recommend this hotel for travellers. I would definitely choose this hotel the next trip to Bangkok.
Restaurant Tip : There is a very nice and clean prayer room at the Central Chitlom shopping complex at level 6 beside the childrens department and also one at level 1 of the Central World shopping complex.

This hotel is very near to Central World and Pratunam district. Walking distance to Central World and Siam Paragon.
Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. My taxi driver did not know where is the hotel located, even i have got the address, which is printed in Thai!!! With the help from a friend, we finally found it.
Aphrodite Inn is location is strategic, it is walking distance to Thai major shopping malls and pratunam district. Further more, Chidlom BTS station is also 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel is a four storey building, but it is well decorated.
By the way, the breakfast menu is a little bit boring. If i am not mistaken, they served the same choices everyday.
Overall, i shall recomend this hotel to my friends whenever they want to go to Bangkok

The hotel is in good location. Near and just a walking distance to shopping malls and other interesting areas. The hotel itself is also in good condition as well as the staff.
Will definitely stay in this hotel when in Bangkok. Breakfast should be served in buffet and not ala carte. Hoping they would improve their wi-fi services (like we can use inside the room). It is so troublesome to go to lobby to use the wi-fi. worth staying in this hotel.

This hotel has one of the best location of Bangkok town (Ex: Orchard Road Singapore) The shopping centres are just across the road and the streets outside the hotel are buzzling with stores selling apparel as well as food. The price of the room is not expensive and if you are planning on having more cash to shop instead, this is the place to be. Toilet is well furnished and sufficient closet space. Overall good. The room may be smaller than what you have in mind, but they managed to fit a king size bed in it with ample walking room.

Good location, nice staff. Room is a bit small, but good enough for this price. This is the second time of me staying here, I reallyh enjoyed it. The staff was very nice and I really love the location - Central World, Zen, Isetan are just a street over! If you walk to the other direction, you can find another world: local stalls, famous chicken rice... The only thing is that the air con of my room broke down, but the staff was helpful and fixed it right away.

Small basic hotel, Great location, our room was satisfactory. The hotel charge too expensive fares for tours.
Breakfast is poor, there is no a real dinning room in the hotel. No taxi driver knows this hotel. it is very important to have the hotel telephone number, so the driver can get instruction from the hotel.

A good place to stay in Bangkok
Near Big C & easy to go to BTS Station
Staffs are very nice & helpful.
Will live again if I visit Bangkok in the future. It is quite a good place to live in because it is very near Big C & easy to go to the BTS Station.
The staffs are very nice & very helpful. When we want to ask them the way how to go, she will try her best to tell me how to go.
If I visit Bangkok again in the future, I will choose to live in this hotel.
I am telling the turth, the price is reasonable.
Shopping Tip : you can buy many necessary thing with reasonable price in Big C.

There have many food hawkers are outside of the hotel, so very convenience to buying, eating to different kinds of foods, shopping in malls.Big-C is beside of the hotel.And Central Word shopping mall is in over-there of hotel (only 2-3 minutes by walking).And you can take by taxi or BTS to the other place as very convenience.Every things are very clean inside of hotel and staffs are also nice to each clients. I think that not have any unsatisfied for this hotel.Only for quite dirty in outside of hotel such as many food hawkers are staying there. It's a comfort, nice accomodation for tourist.
Make me to choose this hotel for my every trip during to Bangkok.Also make me to feel safety and home style to living.Shopping malls are arounding there to give me for convenience and save more time for take by the traffic routes. If feel tired when shopping, then can take a rest easily in all shopping malls and/or go back to hotel for resting.

Everything inside the hotel looks new & clean. Small team of staff but very helpful & friendly. Location very convenient. Many shopping malls & temples within walking distance. Breakfast limited selection but GREAT. No complaint.....I will recommend to go for bigger & more expensive hotel if you have higher expectation of bigger rooms, big restuarants with huge selection of all kind of breakfast, big lobby, live band etc etc. Aphrodite is not an ordinary budget hotel. It looks cheap & unpleasnt from outside but very good & clean inside. It has a small but clean restuarant that offers good service/food that priced slightly higher than the dirty street hawkers outside the hotel. The room was smart & very clean that make your sleep very comfortable. Complimentary drinking coffee/water easily available in the room. Breakfast included though only 3 choices of sandwich set, American set or Chinese breakfast are good. It is also very generous in offering very good coffee for breakfast and this you can ask as much as you want including orange juice.
Hotel Feature Tip : Taxi drivers do not know the location of Aphrodite. Study & print the location map before you embark. At the airport, my taxi driver does not read the map I provided & so I instructed him to go to Arnoma Hotel (this he knows immediately). On reaching Arnoma Hotel, direct him to keep right & drive slowly. 20 meters after Arnoma is the BIG-C plaza & another 20 meters is an 1-way lane just before the Bangkok Bank, turn right into that lane & find Aphrodite about 20 metrs on your left.

staff really friendly,clean hotel,lovely rooms,bed was really comfortable,bathroom great,air con good,good english speaking receptionist,great location for shopping/amenaties,close to the emmbassys difficult to find,not many resturants close by,and the view from our window was not too nice,and old run down building facing us, overall the hotel was clean, staff friendly, comfortable, but it was difficult to find and the views from the window werent very nice,good rates and close to some good shopping

Overall speaking, if you want a hotel with a walking distance to shopping malls and supermarket like Central World Plaza,Big C and Four Faced Budda and etc,as well as a reasonable hotel rate, this one is a good choice.
