Great location but old rooms

Its right opposite central world mall, and walking distance to chit lom station, however the rooms are a tad old and some of the lightings doesn't even work. Old hotel that needs renovation. Buffet breakfast a little disappointing. Good value though, given the prime location.

Great location with a standard bed room, all the staffs are quiet nice for any kind of helps! It's great for shopping & rest in Bangkok. I would still stay in this hotel for my next stay!

Nice but Old Hotel
a lot of shops and eating place nearby

this hotel is very conveniently situated between shopping centres. You can either shop expensively in Gaysorn or cheaply at Platinum or roadside stalls.
Restaurant Tip:
On the 2nd floor of this hotel, there is a Italian Restaurant. You can have a steak or main dish and eat appetisers, desserts from a buffet table for 500baht. ..very worthwhile and the restaurant manager is very friendly...always with a smile.

As mentioned, the location was great as it was situated opposite central world shopping centre. Other than location being the perks, the hotel seems a bit aged and needs some revamping. Buffet spread was normal but there were insufficient seatings and the queue for food was so long we skipped breakfast for two days. Other than that, the sheets were not very clean but the housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. Dont bother with them helping to get a cab cus they won't.

Arnoma Hotel
Near to all shopping centre and easy to asses to food centee

When I travel to Bangkok and stay in this hotel.
They make me wait for one and half hour at the Lobby because the room is not ready
For this time my flight home is in the evening 2000 hrs but I
Need to buy some stuff at China Town I worried might be late for
Check out at 12.00 noon I ask a counter which is willing help but
quickly a a half bore head staff come and tell me
off and refuse to give the late check out. I think is very unfair because the
Hotel can delay check time for one and half hour but I cannot
check out slightly late if I do not come back in time due to traffic jam
Travel tip:
If the Hotel check you late make sure ask them can you. check out late
Don't take any taxi other them outside the Hotel
Make sure they on the meter.
Do not bring all your money , just what if necessary and spilt them in
different pocket in case someone pick your pocket you still have the other money

I always use Arnoma because of the good location. So near to shopping centres, Four Face Buddha, Sky train, within walking distance to Siam Square and the pasar malam just outside the hotel.
The only not so good comment is the counter staff are not very friendly.
Breakfast can be better.
Would be good if they let hotel guest to check-out later, 2pm or 3pm, if their flight is after 8pm on the same day
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the sky train. Very convenient. Don't take the taxi, you will end up in a bad jam or will end up in a "Diamond Factory"
