Standards drop after change of ownership
Location, reasonably sized rooms

have stayed at this hotel on business trips to bangkok over the past 18 years, mainly because of its location,reasonable standards of service and its value for money. however after a change of ownership standards have fallen considerably - innatentive staff, padded bills, ten minute queue for breakfast, all in all a not very pleasant experience. will not be returning.

Great location, and staff were very caring
Room was very cosy, and I liked how the staff there were so welcoming. Checking in and out was also a breeze.

The staff were very helpful and caring, and would always help to guide us on directions to where we were going. They would also give tips and told us which places to avoid. The room was very cosy and comfortable. They provided 2 complimentary bottles of water and coffee daily as well. The room service staff was excellent, making sure we had clean towels everyday, yet not being annoying. This will surely be the hotel I would go to next time I travel to Bangkok!

Great-looking hotel with good location

The hotel's location is great, situated in the hearts of the shopping district. Staff were friendly and breakfast was great covering international cuisine. With Big C just next the hotel, grocery shopping can be easily done as well. However it will be even better to include free wifi for its guests.

the location is great,beside big c shopping mall and opposite of world trade centre. there are many of stall vendor along the main road,selling varied of things like garments,shoes, food, watchs and etc. no worry about your meal when you feel hundry, just walked out from your hotel you will find varied of food that you like. the mo chit bts station just 5mins walk from your hotel. the room very clean and comfort.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is opposite world trade centre, beside is BIG C and 10mins walked to Plantinum whole sale plaza from hotel.

This hotel location is one of the best in Bangkok. Within walking distance to the Four-face Buddha, right next to Big C and walking distance to train station and other popular shopping malls!

Hotel is in a good location, clean rooms.Just right next to big c and opposite central world. Walking distance to BTS so very easy to get around.

This is the best hotel with clean and convenient locations. The Big C next door is very good value for money.Super convenient to public transportation,but a bit disappointed that is no free wifi supply in Room.

the location is great and this point redeeming feature of the hotel. the hotel next to big c centre, near chit lom bts station. walking distance to central world, platinum, siam paragon, etc. however the room seems old and require some upgrading.

Location is the best feature of this hotel.Opp to Central World, 5 mins walk to Paltinum and the pratunam markets.Service was good. Everyone was helpful and courteous.

Nothing special,no free wifi,guys running the taxi service at the front door tried to charge me for a "limosine" to airport for 700 bt- normal taxi turned up, refused to pay any more than 300bt.
