Superb Location with Good Accessibility
near shopping centers; easy access to mrt; easy to find food and drinks

hotel is clean. staffs are polite and helpful. room size is adequate and comfortable. it wasn't noisy. air-cond system is good, effective and quiet. though the hotel is not situated along the main road, it is surrounded by shopping centers. in front is the central world shopping centre which offers a very wide range of shopping and food-courts. on the right is the big c supercenter, a small shopping complex which house a supermarket and small shops selling clothing's and basic daily requirement, plus a food-court and several restaurant. not far on the left is the gaysorn plaza, a high end shopping center. the nearest mrt station, in front of the holiday inn, is about 10 minutes walk. from there, one can access most parts of bangkok.
breakfast is good - continental plus some local dishes. however, this does not change during the three days we were there.
overall, a very convenient place to stay. though a bit old, the hotel is very well maintained.

Great hotel, great location
This hotel is ideally situated for Siam Square. The hotel staff are very friendly and the breakfast was fabulous. We had a room on the 23rd floor with a great view over Bangkok. Definitely recommend hotel.

Convenient for tourist as Arnoma hotel is located near all the tourist attraction such as temple and shopping mall. Walkable distance to all the nearby shopping mall such as Big C, Central world, Gaysorn and Platinium fashion mall. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel staffs are all polite and well mannered so it makes them easily approachable for tourists. Overall the stay is pleasant.

The hotel is situated near shopping malls like big c and central world. the hotel lobby is big, cozy and clean. the staff are friendly and polite and are always attending to your every need with a smile. the rooms are not that big though and there is no free wifi. the swimming pool is not that big i like the part that is covered so that you wont get sunburned.

Lovely Hotel but with a bad service

Dissapointed with the staffs.
For the Late Check out time. I asked the day before i check out, They said it's OK until 1pm.
But the day i check out, the same person said can't make it, Only until 12pm. Where is your WORDS????
Next time it must be written in black n white.
Guest can't go into the room. it's not a good hotel.

Good, central location but dated furnishings

The hotel was easy to find, just a short walk from Chitlom station. The location is extremely central, in between major shopping areas like Platinum and Siam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent and clean, but the furnishings felt a bit dated. Our room also had a faulty hair dryer and electrical socket, but we didn't really bother with them as there were other sockets and we didn't really need the dryer.
