Disappointing 4* Hotel with 3* Facilities.

i have been to bangkok many times and thought of staying in arnoma hotel because of its superb location for shopping. my actual stay was pretty disappointing because the room furnish is out-dated and the bath tub is stained yellow. nothing of a 4* hotel experience.
technology is always lagging behind in terms of the telephone, tv etc. service is efficient though they could have been friendlier.
for future visits, i may consider staying if there is a cheap promotion. otherwise, try others!
Nightlife Tip:
there is a spa named 7th senses nearby the area. pretty good for body scrub and aromatic massage package 2h @ 1,200 baht/pax. don't go into 'indara' because the entrance looks enticing but the room and service are totally opposite!

great locatiom

a great location that is at the central of bangkok.
pro- big c supermarket is just beside the hotel
- roadside stall ahead of the hotel where you can get very
good deal. i bought a straw hat at only sgd4. where you
need to pay double at chatuchak market.
con- don ask the hotel staff for advice on where to eat. they
direct us to one that we are being slaughter by hell.
unless you have a fat pocket.
hotel claim they did not receive our special request for the hotel thus we waited for almost 2 hrs to get our room.

strategic location but a bit too old
central of business and shopping distric, easy access to city train station.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, despite the room setup are old and some basic room facilities often mild finctional but all has been taken care off.

the hotel is just opposite central world, the biggest mall in bangkok, and just next to big c hypermart. it's 5 mins walk to platinum mall and 10 mins to chitlom bts station. the rooms are clean, the staff members are friendly. overall, it was an enjoyable stay.

this is the third time i stayed in this hotel. love the hotel, the locations and the staffs.
i stayed there for 3 nights, they is the third time i stayed there, they upgraded my room as my arrival day was my birthday. all the staffs i met were so friendly, always smiling.
great location for who loves shopping and eating like me. it's very convenient. i can go back to the room and put down everything before i start to shop again. no need to bargain with the taxis or tuk-tuks special at night afterwards they will charge a lot when they see you carrying lots of things.
i am going back in may and this time i will stay one week in this hotel with my daughter and grand daughter.
really love this hotel. the rooms were just renovated.

The location of Arnoma is extremely good as Central World, Big C are next to the hotel. You can go shopping anytime and place back your things to Hotel in a short period of time. The service is pretty good, staffs are friendly and willing to help on your request. Nice Hotel!

the hotel is in great location, easy access near sky train, and sorrounded by many big malls. however, the provided breakfast not many variants, almost the same everyday . the room services is ok

location is very good, just right opposite central world. and there's a lot of shopping places around the hotel, all within walking distance. there’s even night market on the street right in front of the hotel. basically, no need to worry about food as well, got very nice local food stalls near central world. externally, the hotel looks great. but internally, guess it needs some makeover.
