the hotel is in great location, easy access near sky train, and sorrounded by many big malls. however, the provided breakfast not many variants, almost the same everyday . the room services is ok

location is very good, just right opposite central world. and there's a lot of shopping places around the hotel, all within walking distance. there’s even night market on the street right in front of the hotel. basically, no need to worry about food as well, got very nice local food stalls near central world. externally, the hotel looks great. but internally, guess it needs some makeover.

Upgrade from Superior to suit. Room nice and clean but breakfast need to improve and the room for breakfast too small and not enough seat for the guests.

Arnoma hotel is located in the heart of Bangkok's shopping district, with walking distance to most famous shopping malls and bazaars. The price of the rooms (especially the promotional prices) are affordable and it is really money well spent. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor, however, was very badly run and managed and the waitress did not know if that dish was available or not. For ever order made, she ran back and forth between the kitchen and our table and after making attempts at six different orders, none were available. Out of the fifty something dishes shown on the menu, only six were actually available. But the Thai restaurant on the ground floor which has a buffet dinner compensated for what was lacking with the Chinese, serving delicious Northern and Southern Thai delicacies. Other than the Chinese restaurant inconvenience, overall it was an excellent stay.

we check in at evening the front desk staff were very friendly and we can go to near by hotel area for dinner by walking
i was recommend by friends to stay at this hotel because location very convenience
in the day time very easy to walk around for shopping and meals

can go to siam paragon and mbk for shopping and patunam shoppping

great location, moderate service of hotel as the poor English communication making us speechless. Their breakfast served not much variety.
Shopping Tip:
Platinum, is a really good place for shopper.Manage to get 8 pairs of shoes and 3 bags there.
