Its in the heart of shopping district, so the location is fantastic, the furniture very old and the breakfast just fine, costumer service is under average hardly see a smiling staff, it seems like you owe them something...

Deluxe room is comfortable to accomodate an additional bed. Breakfast is great. The service staff is also friendly.

checked into the hotel past midnight because there was a delay during my inbound flight and the service staff at the reception were excellent. we had bought local SIM cards and they gladly helped us make sure that the cards were working. as my friend and i were planning to head to the clubs, they called us a taxi as it was raining and even helped us to negotiate with the driver to charge us by the meter (because in bangkok, after certain times, alot of taxi drivers will quote you a price instead of allowing you to pay by the meter). the following two days that i was there, the staff were excellent as they always gave us a card with the hotel name and the license plate of the taxi that we were boarding in case we left anything behind. really excellent service to take care of our welfare and well-being. the bellhops were also really attentive as they always came to help us the moment we walked into the doors with huge and heavy bags of shopping. overall, if i were to go back to bangkok again, i'd definitely stay at arnoma hotel again.

Great Hotel with Great Service

Staying in one of the rooms of the hotel was relaxing and I was delighted with the amenities, the services provided by the entire hotel staff. I commend the guy in the front desk who greeted us with a smile and was multi-lingual, the housekeeping staff who cleaned and fixed our room, the bell man who assisted us in our luggage when we checked out, the smiling door man and the jolly chauffeur who drove us to the airport in his cool and clean vehicle. My stay with Arnoma made my stay in Bangkok a relaxing one and memorable, they gave the best worth for your money. Looking forward on my next trip to Thailand and my next stay with Arnoma together with friends and families. Keep up the quality and keep smiling. Thank you so much!

Great location and clean rooms
Location is within walking distance to the BTS station, lots of malls nearby and of course the Erawan Shrine..

Room was big and clean. Security is also good.
Lots of taxis available
Only problem is no free wifi in the rooms..

i always have a good time in Bangkok. have returned twice to Arnoma Hotel. I think it's a great choice. location is excellent. especially if you like street-shopping at night.
and arnoma is quite near from MBK, a shopping center for fashion.
locations also crowded with cheap food that can really satisfy.
i have a great time in bangkok yang will surely pick arnoma again for the 3rd time.

This is my 4th stay at the hotel. Great Location. Easy access to BTS which is my main concern. Value for money. Room is clean,comfortable and spacious especially the one at the corner. Buffet breakfast at the cafe is a disappointment. Choices are limited. If you stay more than 2 days, you will get bored with the choices served. Overall, hassle free stay.
