Convenient and Safe Hotel
It is centrally located, surrounded by shopping malls.

we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. staff are friendly and they upgraded us on her own initiative.
it is a female friendly hotel, centrally located. when we boarded a taxi outside the hotel lobby, the hotel staff will record the particulars of the driver, which makes us feel very safe.
Shopping Tip:
there is a good massage place and big c supermkt next to the hotel.

well located hotel
convenient to move around bangkok, close to train station and major shopping centres

rooms standard, though look a bit worn,but was clean,
stayed there for few times past years
minus was due to high occupance, me and my friends could only get our rooms, past 2 pm.

Pretty pricey compared to what the hotel offers
great location, right at the heart of bkk., only less than 10 min walk to bts chitlom

I booked this hotel because there's a deal on agoda. Looking at the full price of the hotel, I think it's quite too high. The hotel is pretty old. Even in the room it's hard to find power outlets (I found one under the desk that's it. Had to use the outlet in the bathroom to charge my camera). The swimming pool looks very small and had an odd shape and there's not much room to lie down tanning. The internet is per day, and there's no even free wifi in the lobby. I found that too expensive.

Excellent, great location. room is big but the toilet need to renovate. Friendly housekeeper.the room air conditioning was not working very well, especially so hot in April. Overall is not a bad hotel to stay.

Great Location, Well known Hotel but Old furniture and equipments. TV still use tube TV. Fridge is very old. Carpet is kinda old.
Spacious bathroom with shower and bath tub, Good water pressure (hot and cold water).
Restaurant Tip:
Don't miss to eat grill fish next to iSetan dept store (on the street side).

opposite from central world and near to platinum.
and 2 minutes walk to 4 faces Budha.

I've stayed here for 2 times because of the location. Just in front of centre world and beside Big C shopping mall. Walking distance to Siam and nearby BTS station. Reasonable price with good location!

Great location with clean rooms

overall stay at arnoma hotel was not too bad. the rooms were clean especially the toilet, it was brightly lighted. the beds were comfortable. although the hotel is a bit dated, i would definitely return as the location to every shopping place was so convenient. platinum fashion mall is just 5 to 10 minutes walk away. however when we first arrived at the hotel, only one of the receptionist was not welcoming and friendly. she had a bad attitude and definitely did not make us feel welcomed staying in arnoma. but despite that, the bell boy and the other staffs did made our day.
Shopping Tip:
Platinium Fashion Mall is just 5 to 10 minutes walk away.
Centerpoint Mall is just opposite from the hotel. Big C is great for getting your groceries and having your meal, it is just beside the hotel. Chatuchak Market is only open on weekends, be sure to get a Metered Taxi or Tuk-tuk and ask about the pricing before getting on the cab.
