Great Hotel with Great Service!
good loaction, near big shopping malls, near to bts station, walking distance to siam square, platimiun mall etc...

the area there is great, near all big shopping malls. on the left side of the hotel is the famously known big supermarket, "big c" where you can shop all your daily needs at a very cheap rate. hotel staffs are very friendly, smiles at all time regardless how late it is. very patient and helpful. got a free upgrade rooms when you spend your holiday stay there on your birthday. the rooms are very new and clean, only disadvantages are their socket plugs are 2pins. every morning, staffs greet you with great smile, brighten up your day. room service serving are fast. overall a very nice hotel to stay in when visiting bangkok. will definately stay with them again when i return to bangkok for holiday.
Shopping Tip:
The jam in bangkok during peak hours is horrible. It can takes you 30min just to get to the opposite road, so its better you walk than taking cab. Time wasted in travelling...

No frill hotel but worth a look

Arnoma is a hotel which is best suited for family on vacation. It will certainly not excite you a wee bit. The daily breakfast looks the same throughout our stay there and was fully packed everyday. The front service staff are friendly though and I believe some of them have been working there for ages. Right next to the hotel is a huge Big C departmental store and supermarket, so if you get bored at night (Thai TV programs sucks!), you can always picked up something form the supermarket to kill your time. And do leave your notebook at home as the hotel does not offer free wifi. Even if you pay for the wifi, bahts for three days, the server is frequently down :(

the location is good and walking distance to bts. hotel service is good.

the location of the hotel is good as it is not only near to the bts, there is also a supermarket opposite the hotel which operates until midnight. there are also two big shopping centres, one beside and one opposite the hotel which makes our overall shopping pleasure to the max. the roadside stalls also sells food that we can hardly find it in singapore. the room itself is big and clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. will stay there again for my next bangkok trip.

Next the city's biggest shopping centre and wholesale market(platinum), although the hotel is a bit sub-standard for 4 stars, never mention on foods. It's good for shop and sleep.
