excellent location but traffic jam
near four faces buddha, location, shopping
excellent location but traffic jam, hotel considered average, bad thing is no free wifi even at lobby and very expensive wifi

Plesant stay, helpful staff
centrally located, helpful and well manner staff
Our stay was pleasant. During this trip we realised that the breakfast buffet spread did not have a wide range of selections as before and the room especially the bathroom really require upgrading.

Hotel with Great locations
Easy access to shopping centres, BTS also there is a supermarket next to the hotel
I was recommended by my colleagues for this hotel of the great location. The counter staffs are warm and friendly. To my surprise, the hotel's room fixtures are old, towels are stain and the toilet really run down. As I do not know that the drinking water are in the fridge, I have asked a service staff who is doing the changing of bedsheet at level 5 if I could have a bottle of water when I am checking in to my room. This service staff grumbled, frown and dashed into my room, open the fridge , took out the 2 bottles and placed it hardly on the table. I was shocked with such behaviour as I have never encountered such rude service staff elsewhere. On that night , we discovered that The electric switches are not working and the kettle are also spoilt. we called the reception requesting to change the kettle and what happened was that the technician came to our room twice to repair on the electric points but still it doesn't work. After that he just took away the kettle and never return? We requested to change room the next day as we were being disturbed by the next room's guest. They talked very loudly and not sure if they have young children who keep knocking at the connected room's door. we are being upgraded to the executive suite but we are only issued with 1 room key and it is very inconvenience for 2 occupants. The counter staff said they will charged for extra room key which I really do not understand? at level 5, I could have 4 keys for 2 rooms. For the executive room, we issued with only 2 keys for 4 guests ? if that is supposed to be a service recovery, then why don't the guest be given the keys upon request ?It make me feel that the upgrade is NOT sincere. Frankly , I don't really bother about the upgrade, all I need is a clean room with no one knocking at our door the whole night and a room with proper functioned electric points. Last point to add- there is No free Wi-Fi in this hotel?
