Great location with clean rooms

had booked for 3 rooms which 1 room is on the the same floor but a distance away. checked in at 2.30pm but only 1 room is available the other 2 rooms are available at 6pm

Great location, easy access to train station

Arnoma hotel situated at the heart of bkk, very near to the major shopping malls within walking distance. It also quite near to the train station (walking distance). Overall the room is good and cozy but the bathroom seems to be abit old.

Great location for shopping
Location is the best if you wanna visit the shopping complexes of Siam and Central World; comfortable beds

we loved the location and it was so convenient to take only a few steps to get into central world and follow the skywalk leading to siam shopping complex. there is no other big hotel for this price located this close to siam. in the room, the beds were very comfy but there wasn't much room to move around as we had an extra bed taking all the space. air conditioning system was kind of old and it was hard to set it at a comfortable temperature.. tho blankets were good enough to cover that flaw.
as there were many guests checking in at that time, the staff seemed a bit stressed out and treated us a little grudgingly.
Shopping Tip:
There is Gaysorn Shopping mall at the corner of the same block of the hotel with expensive and high-class brands; across the street is Amarin with a little more affordable brands. Central World, one of the biggest in the world is right in front of the hotel and Siam complex, that includes Siam Paragon, Siam Center and Siam Discovery are a few steps away through the skywalk (footbridge).

staff are generally helpful and friendly, especially with arranging for transportation. hotel is old but well maintained. rooms are well-kept and clean.

Hotel in run-down condition. Water in shower doesn't run, tab in shower leaks.
Buffet lunch, not recommended unless there for the fruits & dessert.
Very good service.

good location near shopping centre and friendly hotel staff, hotel facilities: room for three people is very small, bathroom too small, boring breakfast menu, breakfast menus the same every day, stay here for 4 days was the same menu every days, there was no free internet facilities all must pay

who likes shopping for clothes close to the center of wholesale apparel

near the centre bangkok, near the stb (only 5-10 min)

the hotel seems a bit old. the bathroom's water tap has water leak, you have to turn it so strong to off. besides this, it is a very good 4 star hotel with conformtable room, excellent service & delicious food (we have walk around the restaurant even we have no chance to taste it). highly recommanded!
Shopping Tip:
The Supermarket Big C is nearby the Hotel, you can buy everything you need with the lowest price.
